Well, Westbrook did okay, (though nothing above average for his production,) but Adams, Ibaka, and Waiters came through for this team. Adams especially.
Westbrook was a goddamn beast in the 3rd quarter and he's shut down Curry in the 2nd half. I really did not have any faith in Billy Donovan but he has really turned this team around. I'm shocked. I don't think anybody in the NBA can beat a full potential Westbrook/Durant.

I'm not sure if you noticed, but some of the 3's Curry and especially Thompson were taking were really disgusting. Like ridiculously off balanced, forced, jerky shots. Thunder have been covering them well out there.
Yup, the Thunder discovered their defensive abilities against the Spurs. I always thought the Warriors jack way too many shots and live and die by that. They died by that tonight.

Draymond was also taking some pretty retarded 3's. I feel like when their ball movement fails, their only true 3 point shot creator is Curry, who shot a very good 6-13 from 3 tonight.
They move the ball very well but the athleticism of OKC is able to cover ground pretty quickly. They did to the Warriors what they did to the Spurs, and forced them to play ISO ball and take bad shots.

OKC just seems so much more focused now. Like, during the regular season, their defense was complete garbage, even up till that Game 1 against the Spurs. Then they just locked in, like they know this year is it.

The Spurs really started showing their age, tbh. Duncan and Ginobili looked physically disabled, and Aldridge sputtered out in the last 3 games of the series.
I never had faith in Aldridge as a closer That's why he's a star but I wouldn't even call him an all star. Ginobili and Duncan definitely showed their age but Parker was the most embarrassing in the series. The Spurs' problem is they don't have an explosive PG with parker playing like he's 50. That's what they need to contend, even if they have to put Mills in the starting lineup and have the big 3 come off the bench. It's really Kawhi and everybody else at this point.
