My wealthy neighbor has four adorable dogs trapped in a cage meant for just one dog in the blistering heat with little food, water, or even basic sanitation for them. The cage is filled with poop and it's absolutely disgusting. I'm furious that my neighbors have these dogs in such a condition and hope God exists just so they can burn in hell for eternity.
Call animal services/control?
Cause I'm pretty sure that's animal cruelty.

IDK. Where the hell do dogs go when they are taken away? I assume some dog shelter - and in America a lot of them euthanize dogs if they aren't taken by owners.
They're puppies right? Usually they're given a longer time to be adopted than older dogs(a year if they're a common breed, older dogs are usually euthanized in six months give or take, this a general estimate but it really depends on the shelter that gets them)
I mean you can call, or perhaps have your parents speak or speak to the owner about the condition of the dogs first.
This is knowledge is born from watching animal planet(back when it was actually about animals) when nothing else was on, thank you boredom.
