Does it have an image file extension?

Seriously, just post the link...

So digging into it a bit more Zoltan Red Eagle had the rights to make a show for WoT for over a decade and recently released a CGI trailer in an attempt to hold onto those rights.

The widow of Robert Jordan said that as far as she knew the rights had passed on to Universal ( which it would have in a few days ) lawsuits ensued until Red Eagle allowed the rights to pass on.

Still getting the details on all of it but apparently the rights somehow passed to HBO. They'll be making a WoT fantasy series similarly to their adaption of GoT.

Cast members have been selected.

I still think the best way to do this is as an animated show in an anime style. A proper live-action adaptation would require far too high of a budget for TV and it probably wouldn't fair all that well as a movie series.

While I agree with that sentiment if any companies going to attempt a live actions adaption I'm glad its HBO.

Ian Whyte as Lan is getting me focking hyped tbh.

If you're looking for a good fantasy TV series other than GoT, American Gods comes out next year and it looks fantastic (the book certainly is).

YouTube video

Also Syfy's Magicians was released this year on Netflix and it was quite good albeit it pales on comparison to the books.

However, both series are very different from "traditional" fantasy, though that's a good thing IMO.

Well I'd never turn one down tbh but I'm more hyped because of the series itself ( WoT ) being one of my favorites of all time.

These series you're mentioning taking place in a modern setting I'm guessing?

American Gods does.

The Magicians both does and doesn't.

Tbh I'm more intrigued when the fantasy stuff I'm watching is classical for the genre ( I.E. low tech ).

Dark Tower's an exception of course.

First day.

Have fun, baby-munchkin. 🙂

Talking about school? I been here for three weeks already lol.

I've been in school since August 29th

School, lmao.

I have school in a few days.

I miss school, way better than going to work 🙂
Especially in Poland 🙂 🙂

What did you do there? I know, you steal at work, and you are raped in Polish Churchs, but what do you do in Polish Schools?

You learn great deal of shit surpassing 80% of the world in general education, but you still end up unemployed after 🙂

Neat. Okay, Master Bart, what must I do to sell the Devil my soul?

You must grasp the truth that everything is meaningless and abandon your views and ideas. 🙂

The views you represent must be dependent on who are you trolling at the moment 🙂
