Whether RotS Palpatine knows about the secrets of Malachor/Ancient Sith secrets is unknown at this point. We know, at one point, Palpatine gained the knowledge of every Sith technique. But by RotS? We're not quite sure. He got a fair bit stronger by the OT and by DE.
Anyways, Traya can't force-strip someone stronger than herself. These three masters were weaker than her. Is Sidious weaker? I'm not too sure.
