uh. the top one is already true. the top 5% of the people in america, you know, the insanely rich, pick up the majority of the tab, as far as taxes go, you know, it's called income tax. More income=more tax.

In california they wanted to outlaw the color black on cars because black absorbs more radiation from the sun, making hotter cars, thus using more air conditioning and therefor creating more polutants. Another crazy idea that will not go through.

Also, little known fact, but trees breathe carbon dioxide. You know, the fumes from your car, motorcycle, etc. So we are supposed to, by "green" standards, preserve the forests, yet take away their air? Why in god's name are we trying to fix cars that way?
