Hellion vs. Havok

Can hellion's TK control Havok's PLasma blasts?

no it'd be more of a slug fest of t.k. and plasma blasts.
Can his t.k. shields hold up long enough for him to make a strike against Havok?

Apparently Havoks plasma isn't hot enough to melt the skin off of Wolverine so I think Helion would take it, TK bubble around his head and suffocate him.
