This should be interesting,

As I understand it Wanda warped/shaped all reality across the 616 universe.

Thanos had absolute mastery over the 616 universe with the IG.

Who wins?

Thanos easily. He only fought the Super Heroes because of his pride/arrogance/blah. None of them actually ever stood a chance against him.
