Well the animation is very old, I like them. Yeah they are one of the strongest.
Tenchi abilities:
SS. Gogeta would kill every single living thing if he wanted to.
Since Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta without using much energy at all, And SS1 Goku beat him, I think SS4 Goku could destroy many galaxies at a time, And so can SS4 Vegeta. Putting them both together would be over kill!
But some people, (I.E. Shin Remy) think Akuma VS. Goku would be a close fight!

That fight would be over before Akuma even got in his fighting stance!
Goku (let alone Gogeta!) Would kill Akuma so fast he would be fighting the devil before he even knew what hit him!
And oh yes! The Samuri Kenshi! (Kenshon, Kenshin.... whatever) The great Macoroni Roroni Shokoni Blah blah blah blah! All Goku would have to do is charge up and there would be samuri guts on the wall! Not even the "God-Like" speed would avoid that one!!!

I Proved my point! Gogeta VS. Anyone, at any time, Any place, And ANY amount of people...
