Deathstroke vs Spiderman (Manahatten rooftops)
On the screen Slade is watching a man telling him that he will pay him alot to get rid of a certain Spiderman. The man is in the shadows hiding his face but Slade can see that he is fat, bald man. Slade doesn't care though checking his account he sees a million already deposited into it with 25 more on the way upon completion. That is really what Slade cares for.
His daughter has gone crazy from the serum. This mental disorder has come from the eating away of her brain. While her healing ability should be able to counter the disease it seems to actually be futhering it along. He needs this money to find a way to save her and no Spider Man will stop him.
"Isn't this a nice night to be swinging around. Nothing but a few purse snatchings." These are the best nights Peter thinks nothing big happening no big time villiany its great.
Just then his Spidersense kicks in. Not that big but enough to worry him.
Perched on a rooftop about 50 yards ahead a Spidey can be seen swinging through a scope. Slade thinks to himself how easy this is but he wonders why if it is this easy then why so much money.
Its time though and without hesitation he pulls the trigger. The bullet rips through the air Slade can see it moving and it is dead on. Then something shocking happens the red and blue costumed man turns his head straight to the bullet and dodges it at the last second. and when Slade means the laste second he sees the bullet about a millimeter from hitting his side.
So he can tell when he is being attacked lets see how well he does with morattacks coming his way. Slade stands up sets the rifle to full auto and unloads at Peter.
Peter senses are going hat-wire again. He barely avoided that first shot and he can feel more coming. Well its time to give it your all Spidey .
With that thought he moves his body in positions only but the most flexible people can even dream of pulling off. He feels the first one zoom by his head then one comes underneath his armpit. Arching his back the next one skims his lower back. Then lifting his right leg up to allow the final bullet to pass.
One thing good came from this though he knows exactly where the bullets came from. Turning towards it he quickly throwing his hand out he shoots a web to the top of the building.
That guy dodged them all he isn't a small time player that's for sure Deathstroke thinks to himself. He's coming this way though........perfect. With that Deathtroke the Terminator steps back into the shadows and seems to disappear.
Spidey lands on the roof where the bullets came. He doesn't like this ever since put his foot down his Spidersense has been going absolutly bonkers. He almost can't stand it but there are perks to it has it tells him exactly where the attack is coming from. He turns and lifts his head as he feels the wind pass beneath his chin. He sees a glimpse of the sword but just as he does he has to duck the staff coming next. He avoids that but however he does not avoid the spinning kick. The boot hits him square in the stomach knocking him back a few yards into a wall. He falls to the ground thinking that guy is pretty strong. He realizes though he has to get up quickly despite the air being knocked out of him. He's gone though.
Impossible Spidey turns his arm at the last second. He still gets cut though but it is only a small scratch. Peter jumps away thinking How could he get behind me so quickly like that Then another swipe comes. It just misses. But he can't avoid the forarm to the chin. Thi dodges s gu just avoids the staff y wo gets kicked in the head again n't give me a has to get back on his feet fast. Just as the sword hits the ground chance to think as he rolls away and jumps on the top of an antenna as the staff misses his knee. Got to do something quick Beep beep beep. spidet looks down to see a bomb. He just jumps at the right time but goes really back. He lands hard on his back. He cann't make himself take in any air. He can barely move. He sees the man coming the blast put a good distance between him and Peter but he closing the distance fast too fast.
Got to time this just right as the man raises his sword for the killer blow Spidey dashes between his legs turning around he raises his hands up. Unleashing as much web as he can he traps the man into a ball. Spiderman then hurls it into a wall hard. The man lands on his back the web surrounds him attaching wall.
Spidey goes thinks I can finally breath woo. With that he takes in a deep deep breath. He then walks over to the man.
"Lucy you've got some xplaining to do." As he gets closer he notices the closer he gets the more his spider sense is going off. Ok got to keep a safe distance from this guy I guess
The man just stares at him. "I've never seen you before and from your weapons I can say a mercanary right but why would a mercany wear pirate boots huh trying to find your buried treasure in my chest huh. Come on you are you?"
Deathstroke just stares there looking at him.He is smart enough not to come to close but he defently has an idiot's humor. Spiderman keeps asking him who he is. Finally slade answer, " You wanna know who I am, I am the last thing you are ever going to see in this life."
"Sure body it looks like the type of guy who is just stuck to his job right." Well I got to goe see around mister scary pirate man." With that Spidey jumps off the roof and swings toward home. At home he bandages up his small wound and decides to call it a night.
Later that night the window to Peter's room slowly opens and a gust of cold air. A shadowy figure can be seen crouching in it.
Peter wakes up sweating his Spidersense going crazy. He sees the window open and goes to check the house. On his Aunt Marry's bed he sees a note.

PART 6
The second wave vs The sentinels
Cyclops pilots the secondary x-jet towards Bastion and the sentinels. The sentinels surround the jet and open fire. The jet explodes. Walking onto the statue of liberty, from the air, are all the X-men holding onto Shadowcat.
They reach Bastion and the machine, Wolverine starts slashing the forcefield but to no effect. Kitty phases straight through it a runs at Bastion. Bastion presses a button on his wrist and his hand turns into a nozzle. He points it at Kitty, and it sprays out knockout Gas, taking her out of the fight.
Meanwhile Reed Richards pulls himself, his wife and Ben Grimm up the statue and joins in the fight. Sentinels are swarming everywhere. Sue starts holding them in place with her forcefields so cyclops can shoot them out of the sky. Beast jumps forwards and throws Wolverine, fastball special at Bastion. Bastion grabs logan by the throat, and throws him back at Beast. Bastion then projects his forcefield around his machine and enters the fray.
Sue is knocked out by a sentinel's punch. Emma is taken down with sonics. Cyclops is electrocuted. Wolverine is thrown off the Building by Bastion himself. Reed is being held down by a sentinel. Bastion grabs Beast by the throat and is about to snap it.
Meanwhile back at the helcarrier, Captain America is having an argument with Nick Fury. Nick eventually gives in. He tells the driver of the helcarrier to start moving......
Bastion : "Tell me Beast, what do you see when you look at the death and destruction around you?"
Beast : "The Shield Helcarrier."
Bastion looks around to see the Shield helcarrier moving towards the statue of Liberty, towards him and his sentinels.........
Captain America surrounded by several Avengers and a small group of heroes, standing at the front of the helcarrier, pointing right towards Bastion with his shield.
After a few seconds Warbird picks Cap up and flies towards Bastion and the Sentinels. The helcarrier right behind them.................
Cap shouts "CHAAAAARRRRGGGE!!!!!!!!"

The Gathering. part I
NYC, dusk:
Five bank robbers jump out of a van, and break into a bank. Suddenly, the van explodes. A flaming figure walks out of the blaze: Ghost Rider! "Oh shi...." says one before being felled by GR. The others open fire with full automatics. GR ignites a wall of hellfire, incinerating the bullets. He swings the chain, knocking one into another, capturing one and flinging him, and finall, impaling the last. Winner: Ghost Rider.
"that was boring." he thinks. He mounts his chopper, rides up building, jumps off and grapples another with his chain, then swings off to another, and another. He rides to the top and waits. He turns around. Moon Knight. "thought i'd get your attention." GR rumbles. "I have a proposition for you. More and more superhuman threats are arising. I recently fought Venom, Wolverine, and Joe Fixit. Joe also fought Sandman. I heard someone else showed up to that fight.
Moon Knight shifted.
GR: "i am gathering a team to handle these incidents. You're my first recruit."
MK: "fine"
They both dive of the skyscraper.
Scorpion roams the alleys, and sees someone. He attacks with his tail, almost killing the helpless individual. A gold scarrab-dart penetrates his armor. Then a bola knocks him off his feet. Scorpian frees himself with some acid, and faces his attacker: Moon Knight. Scorpion snears, and fires a jet of acid. MK dodges, and throws a crescent. Scor deflects it and charges up for an energy blast. MK moves in close, knowing a long range attack is coming. Scorpian's fast reflexes kick in, and he slams MK against the wall with his tail. MK blocks a punch to the face, then kicks Scor away. Quickly drawing his staff, he poll-vaults over Scor's head and kicks him to the wall, then hits him in the head three times. Scor blasts the ground between them with the energy, and leeps up to the top of the building. MK goes after him, and barely dodges a tail swipe. He releases three crescents. Two and blockes, one takes out Scor's right eye. MK goes in close with a bola, strangling Scor, who throws him away. As he strikes with the tail, MK throws 5 crescents that severe it from Scor's body. Scor yells in shock, then gets kicked in the face by the airborne MK. A dart finishes the job. Ghost Rider approaches, dragging the body of Rhino behind him. "Good. Now to find the third."

The Gathering. Part II
The docks, NYC, morning twilight:
There is still fog in the air. The air is still. It’s quiet, except for the lapping of the water on the docks. A woman is walking. A dark clothed figure follows in the fog, and then another, until there are six men, in dark jackets and hoodies, closing in. They catch the woman off guard, surround her. She is helpless. She knows perfectly well what will take place, and that it will probably be the last experience in her life. The six men rush in, each reaching for a different piece of her clothing. She screams bloody murder. As if in answer, there is a large explosion in the water; like an underwater bomb went off. The men freeze in fear. Before then, in the wispy morning fog, is a man. He is wearing a black vest and leggings, in between is a large gold belt, which sprouts gold fins running to his gold gauntlet wrists. The instant the men move their feet, the man dives down. The first man falls to a powerful blow to the back, then the other. The man then picks one up and uses him as a bat to knock another away. The human bat is then thrown. The second to the last’s head is grabbed and smashed into the ground. The man then clamps his hands around the last’s head. He presses like a vise. The following sound is similar to a watermelon upon falling to the ground. The mysterious man walks over to the woman, who is trembling.
“Thank you.” She says with no response. “who are you?”
“Namor.” The he says.
The next thing she knows, he is gone.
A few miles into the city his attention diverts to a fire from a building. He lands on the roof, and is surprised to see two people: Moon Knight and Ghost Rider.
“We have a proposition for you.”
Winner: Namor
