Batman vs Taskmaster

Taskmaster has been hired to assassinate Bruce Wayne. Taskmaster watches Bruce through his sniper rifle aimed at Wayne manor. After a couple of days Taskmaster discovers that Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same man when he sees Batman emerge from behind a grand father clock and start talking to the butler.

Taskmaster fires a single shot aimed at Batman's head. Without realising he is under fire, Batman turns around to shut the Bat cave entrance when a bullet narrowly misses his skull.

Batman hits the floor, pulling Alfred down with him as a spray of shots burst through a window nearby.

Taskmaster drops his rifle, pulls out two pistols and runs towards the front entrance. He kicks down the front door to see Batman throw Alfred into the kitchen. Taskmaster fires more shots, which Batman avoids by jumping behind a couch. Bullets send pieces of the couch flying off in every direction.

Batman fires his grappling hook up onto a chandelier above Taskmaster. Taskmaster fires at the chandelier which Batman jumps off.
The chandelier as Batman planned, falls straight down towards Taskmaster. Taskmaster jumps to the side at the last second but hundreds of glass shards cut into his side.

Taskmaster turns around to fire at Batman again, but Batman throws several batarangs. Taskmaster manages to shoot them out of the air except one, which knocks the gun from his hand.

Still firing with the other pistol, taskmasters shots manage to cut a a grappling line Batman was swinging from. Batman falls down onto the staircase and tumbles down awkwardly.

Taskmaster stands over Batman, his pistol raised. Meanwhile in the kitchen, Alfred grabs a butchers knife and slowly leaves the room, towards the fight.

Batman kicks the gun from Taskmaster's hand, the gun skids across the floor. Batman attempts to punch Taskmaster, who blocks. Batman tries an uppercut which taskmaster sidesteps then kicks Batman in the side, knocking him over. Batman uses a swift kick to hit Taskmaster in the groin. Taskmaster buckles over. batman punches Taskmaster knocking him over onto the floor.

Taskmaster picks up the gun he dropped as Batman pulls out a batarang. Taskmaster shoots it out of Batman's hand. He has Batman at point blanc range.

Suddenly Alfred steps forward swinging the butchers knife down. The blow removes Taskmaster's hand. Taskmaster screams in pain, running through the main doors and out of the manor as Alfred tries to throw the knife at him, unsuccessfully................

You just disrespected Taskmaster so much. If that was his goal, batman would be dead. Even Cap aware of Taskmaster nearly got beaten to death. 😬

I don't mean to disrespect the writing, its good. I just wish you didn't make taskmaster seem like such a .... flunkie.

Steve Rodgers is sitting in a bar on the outskirts of town. Harley Davidsons are parked vicariously out front. The sound of thick country music is wailing away on the juke box by the backdoor exit, barely audible over the sound of pool sticks as the strike against the hard clay balls rolling on the pool tables. Captain America is feeling down, and reminesces about the years of life he's lost, the friends he's known, and the women he'll never love again. A picture is clutched in his left hand, while he finishes down the second mug of his 4th pitcher of beer. Barely feeling it at all, Steve glances down to his right, where he sees another man sitting quietly in almost the same situation. A pitcher of beer in front of him, a grim sadness upon his face.

Except for their attire, one could mistake the two men for brothers. However both stick out like sore thumbs in a place filled with overly large men covered in black leather, and tattoos. Steve adorns merely a white teeshirt and jeans. While the other has on a dark suit, with a plain white silk shirt. Steve notices the attire and thinks to himself that this man must obviously be an important businessman, who's had himself a lousy day at work. But that's when it happens. The noise of the jukebox begins to drown out into the back of Steve's mind. And Steve is aware that it is off altogether. The sounds of men bickering begins to rise and Steve stands just in time to see the first punch thrown. Even before the first punch is thrown, others in the bar are also rising from their seats. A good old fashion barroom brawl takes place.

A bottle flies past Steve's head, and the businessman takes off. The gentlemen sweeps past a table picking up a cueball on his way, with a speed and deftness to him that Steve would have believed not capable of any man other than himself. Steve clutches the photo tight in his hand and takes to the fight. Punches are thrown and the men throw down. Steve joins the fray, and does his best to keep the bar's collateral damage to a minimum. But dentist bills are another thing. The two men begin a dance each has apparently done many a time. Suddenly a bottle swifts pass the head of the gentleman, to which he turns and sees only Steve. A new battle ensues, and the bikers are ignored. Better to deal with the biggest threat first. The bar is now a mess of overturned tables, spilt beer and the occasional tooth. The two men face off.

Steve goes, first, but the other dodges, grips Steve's shoulder and wrist and does an overhead toss. Steve, twists in the air, grips both hands on his assailants lift wrist, and uses the momentum to attempt a reverse throw. As the gentlemen's feet begin to leave the floor, he swipes his right forarm against Steve's wrists, breaking his hold. And for a moment, both mens feet are in the air. An inch off the ground. Steve brings his right leg around and swings hard into the other. The man brings up his left knee and blocks, the force knocking both men away about 2 feet. Between them both flutters two pictures, swaying gentle to the ground.

For a moment neither moves. The seconds pass and each stands still. Watchful hawklike eyes both show. And then an understanding. Each reaches for his possession. Each reachs for a photo. Steve holds in his hands the photo of his first true love. A former best friend long since passed. But what is this. In the picture now stands a man, and her in a slightly different pose, slightly aged. A married woman.

The minutes pass. The stories swapped. The gentleman's name is Bruce. The people in the photo his parents long gone these many years. Steve mentions the woman as a person he known many years before, after he had come back from the war. She had been separated from her husband at the time, and the two had known a deep love. But in the end, Steve's was a truer love, and her's was momentary. Their fling had only incited her to the realization of what was true to her, and she eventually returned home. However it was never mentioned to her husband, that the babe belonged to another. None, except Steve in letters while he was away at war. A war she never expected him to return from. And in a sense, he never did.

The night ends, but not the story. The tests are done. The lab returns. All the stories point to the truth. Steve Rogers is Bruce Wayne's father. Bruce reveals to Steve after mere days of the lab results, he knows of his identity. And knowing the kind of honest man Steve was, the kind of man that would hold another man's identity secret, Bruce portrays his secret also. And 2 years pass... untillll.... the Justice Avengers are formed...

Sigh. You know. The idea for this story came out better in my head.

Thor (616) only uses hammer once. vs Ultimate Collosus

Location same place where Ultimate Thor got his ass kicked by Collosus

Thor wakes up in a clou of smoke seeing Collosus stand over him and Thor feels pain in his chest from an axe Handle from Collosus. Thor stands up and stops Peter's ( That is Collosus real name? ) hand with his left and knees him in the stomach and slaps him into the ground with Mjolnir as he puts the hammer into his belt looking down at Peter as he gets ready to wrestle. Peter suplexes Thor into a building and leaps after Thor who back hands Thor away and jumps towards him giving him a drop kick that sends him across the city block Peter stands up with a light pole in his one hand and sends it down at Thors face and Thor ducks it and shoulder blocks Peter into the ground and as Peter falls Thor picks him up by both his feet and starts dragging his head into the ground drawing a circle with it. After a few minutes of that Peter flips up doing another axe handle into Thors face and Thor catches his arms after that and throws him into the ground and starts to bash is elbow into Peters face doing an elbow drop that creates a crater in the ground and Thor stands there looking at Peters passed out body in normal form.

The Bat Family vs Villains United

PART 1

Batman vs Deadshot

Batman is in the Bat-cave at work. The doorbell rings. Alfred answers it. Cheshire from Villains united stands at the door. Before Alfred can respond, she kicks him across the face. Alfred is instantly knocked out.

Meanwhile Nightwing approaches Wayne Manor. From a distance he sees Catman on the roof, entering the building along with the other members of Villains United.

Deadshot quietly creeps up behind Batman, who is still at work on the huge screen computer. Batman stands up with his back to Deadshot and kicks his chair out from behind him into Deadshot. Deadshot fires at Batman who evades, the bullets hit the huge screen, causing it to shatter and pieces of glass to rain down on Batman.

Batman carries on running as several bullets narrowly miss him. He throws several batarangs as he jumps behind a huge stalagmite. Deadshot shoots all the batarangs out of the air before they reach him. Deadshot slowly walks up to the stalagmite Batman is hidden behind.

Several gas pellets roll out and explode. Hidden by the mist Batman runs forward tackling Deadshot over a ledge, Both men plummet to their deaths, until Batman fires his grappling line saving himself. Deadshot isn't so lucky.............

Dark Willow vs Jean Grey

Takes place sometime during Phoenix Endsong.

Dark Willow took in her surroundings and took a few moments to reflect on her change back to the dark side... It had happened while she was demon hunting with her lover Kennedy. They had been tracking a demon in the deep forest's of the Amazon. Suddenly they were quickly surrounded by twenty or more demons... Kennedy was quickly struck down and killed... that was when the dark magick flared to life inside her growing. Willow felt the dark magicks twist and transform her. Levitating into the air she sucked the demons life forces from their bodies leaving behind empty husk's.
Looking at her fallen lover, Willow invoked Osiris to bring her back... A mystical portal opened and Osiris once again appeared... "witch! Once again you summon me."
"I need you to return to me what was taken" She said with a look of defiance.
"My answer is the same now, as it was before. You shall not violate the laws of natural passing..." The dark god stated
"Then your fate is sealed." With that said Willow punched her hands into the god and completely absorbed his power. This raw ancient power burned inside of her like a electrical storm. She felt connected to the universe, like she knew all its secrets... Then it became clear to her, even with this gods power it was not enough to bring her love back. but their was someone who could... This Jean Grey the host of the Phoenix force. Willow incanted her magicks and shifted through the dimensions to the world of Jean Grey.
Willow was close to this Jean Grey, she could feel the power radiating from her. Willow's own dark magicks called out to her power wishing to add Jeans power to her own... She would take this power from Jean Grey and Resurrect her slain lover...

Part 2

Willow appeared in front of the former X-Man Jean and attacked with a blast of dark magick... Jean was flung backwards from the blow but she quickly recovered and retaliated with a telekinetic blast. Willow was knocked off her feet and crashed into the forest. Screaming in rage, Willow teleported back to Jean location and said "THICKEN" as Jean was engulfed in liquid force which binded her from moving.
Jean reached out with her mind and sent out a psy-blast which struck Willow down. The liquid force around Jean quickly disappeared as Jean then telekinetic ally lifted Willow into the air demanding "Why are you doing this?!"
"For a woman I love..." Willow said as she then used her own telekinesis to knock Jean against the ground. Willow levitated in the air and shot blast after blast of dark magick at Jean.
Jean felt the magick tearing into her soul as this dark energy burned her mind, body and soul. The Phoenix flared to life and rose out of her. The force reached out and grabbed Willow in it's psionic claw. The phoenix drained Willow of her magick until Willow had nothing left.
"You are foolish young Witch... But I sense something deep and powerful in you... Too bad I must burn it away"
Willow's eyes went wide as the Phoenix force shot a blast of pure psionic force at Willow completely incinerating her.
The Winner: The Phoenix Force.

I would recommend having an interesting or unusual environment the combatants fight in. Here are some suggestions if you are lost for choice of places.............

Make it a skyscraper, or in a river. The blue area of the moon, the depths of the ocean, a secret weapons facility, a grand yet old mansion, a dark alley, a warehouse, the astral plane, your own house even. You could have a fight in an alternate dimension, in Cornwall, in the Antarctic, the Savage land, a spaceship, a boat, an armoured tank, on the back of elephant, in the desert, in an office or near/around a famous landmark.

or you could just be vague about it 😄

PART 2
Nightwing vs Catman

Nightwing approaching Wayne Manor, spots Catman climbing onto the roof. Cheshire enters through the front door, beneath Nightwing's notice....

Nightwing uses a grappling wire to propel himself onto the roof. He throws a one of his billy clubs towards the back of Catman's head. At the last moment Catman turns and deflects the club. Catman pounces forward and punches Nightwing across the face. He punches nightwing again and again. He attempts to kick Nightwing who blocks his blow and responds by swinging his club into Catman's arm.

Catman swipes a claw, cutting Nightwings face. Blood pours across Nightwings costume, but it doesn't stop Nightwing ducking from Catman's next punch. Catman's punch instead hits the chimney and it shatters, with bricks flying everywhere. The impact causing Catman's arm to break. Nightwing seizes the opportunity to kick Catman back a few feet.

Catman falls over and grabs several roof tiles. throwing them like Ninja stars at Nightwing, Catman is shocked to see, Nightwing stop every tile by throwing several batarangs which cut the tiles to pieces.

Catman leaps forward, his fists tightly around Nightwing's throat, trying to suffocate him. Nightwing desperately reaches for anything to use as a weapon. As he is just about to lose consciousness, Nightwing's hand closes around one of the bricks from the chimney. Swinging it around into the side of Catman's head and instantly knocking him out, Nightwing then decides to stop for a moment to regain his breath.......

Winner : Nightwing

Captain America vs Bane

Bane in a warehouse sitting on his chair watching all his Television for any intruders while the surveillance cameras watches as Captain America ripped through his forces. The door opens widely as a faint noise of Banes Venom pumps through his body and a bed is thrown towards Captain America and he counters by ripping the bed in half with his shield and he runs forward as his shield does not ricochet back The lights turn on with Bane holding the shield in both his hands while pushing it into the ground and Bane jumps towards Captain America but is surprised to see Captain America has just jumped bane elbow dropping Bane in the head as he rolls over to get his shield out of the ground he turns stopping Banes fist and flips Bane on his back. Bane then gets up immediately charging and rams Captain America back a few feet knocking him out of a window as Bane is not to far behind. Suddenly Captain America raises both his feet into Banes stomach and flips him back into the ground while stepping on top of his chest and he slaps Bane in the face with his shield Bane then becomes unconscious as Captain America started to bust his head open.

Captain America wins.

Wolverine vs Captain America

Location: Hawaii why? Why the hell not?

Wolverine jumps out of the bushes with his claws popped as Captain America turns immediately blocking Wolverines claws and Captain America knocks Wolverine into a tree with one full strength punch busting Wolverines head open. Wolverine sits there shocked as he sees his claws didn't go through the shield Captain America proceeds to throw his shield towards Wolverines face and Wolverine leans left ducking it as the shield ricochets back towards Wolverines back it knocks Wolverine forward face first. Captain America slides in knees first with an uppercut and catches his shield as Wolverine lays flat on his back Captain America jumps towards Wolverine shield into his face but Wolverine proceeds to cut Captain America suddenly raps his arms around Wolverines arms and makes his claws go past Captain Americas back into Wolverines own finger causing Wolverine agony and pain. Wolverine head buts Captain America knocking him back and Wolverine goes for another claw slash as Captain America kicks Wolverine in the testicles as Wolverine is on the ground slowly healing Captain America knees Wolverine in the face and holds his shield in both his hands and slams it into flat into Wolverines face as he then suddenly Wolverine pulls out his Fanboy immunity Captain America slams his foot into Wolverines wrist and Decapitates Wolverine with his shield.

Winner: Captain America Fanboy immunity my ass.

Godzilla Vs Voltron

The crackling of flames could be heard throughout the planet of Aris.The once beautiful land having been burned to the ground by the great beast that now stood infront of the universes greatest defender.The beast and the machine stared each other down neither willing to give an opening.No longer able to resist his animalistic urges Godzilla charged forwards teeth bared in a demonic snarl.The beast flew into voltron with an umatched fury his teeth crunching down on the head of the green lion.They hit the ground with voltron still struggling to escape.Suddenly the green lion disconnected from voltron allowing him to quickly manouver behind Godzilla.Firing a barrage of missiles at Godzilla voltron then surged forward smashing the rad lions roaring maw into the back of godzillas neck,choking the beast forcing him to release the green lion.Once Zilla had let go voltron flung him into the distance the beast landing with crushing force atop a mountain.No sooner had voltrons armed reattached then Godzilla was up again glaring malevolently at the Robot.Belching forth flame from his gullet Godzilla surprised voltron blowing him onto the ground and pouncing on him slashing away at the robots steely flesh.Seeing the gravity of the situation Voltron struck out with both arms temporarily dazing the creature.Flying up into the air three words rung out across the"form blazing sword!" and in a flash of heavenly light the legendary blade was formed.Descending to the ground voltron met the beasts eyes and zilla knew he had met his match.Voltron lunged forward his feet like a pebble skimming across a lake.Zilla released a florry of flame only for the robot to leap above it! landing behind godzilla with a thunderous boom voltron spun around and surged towards Zilla Raising his blade he swung down cleaving the beast in half and as the beats death roar echoed threw out the land the people of aris could rejoice as their eternal savior had done it again.
