Superman vs Ultron
Location: Avengers training room.
Ultron stares down Superman slowly scanning him until Superman disappears out of sight and Ultron goes down with 50 punches against his body Superman stands over Ultron and he gets blasted into the roof with Ultron flies towards him. Superman catches Ultron by the face and throws him outside of the Mansion with Superman appearing in front of him and starts spinning at Super speeds with his fists spinning in Ultrons face easily knocking him back down Ultron starts to use his force field and stretches it wide as a city block Knocking Superman back and Ultron then fires his beams full power into superman's chest and it knocks him back further and Ultron flies towards Superman but Superman sees him and leans side ways and catches Ultron by the neck and flies him towards the sun where he slowly sees Ultrons body melt and Superman comes out unharmed.
Winner: Superman

Doctor Strange vs A Ninja (I don't know how either would talk so just bear with me)
Stephen Strange sat at his work table calmly at work on a recent project. Suddenly he paused in his work. Smiling he shook his head continued. A knife appeared at his throat.
"Now you die Strange." a voice hissed. The gleaming blade ripped through the sorcerer's throat.
"Your overconfidence is your undoing ninja." The SorcererSupreme floated behind him.
"WHAT! I-I killed you."
"Hardly. I'm impressed that you managed to reach my inner sanctum but I was aware of your attack three days ago. I knew the precise moment that you set foot in the building."
"I slashed your throat! Even you can't survive that!"
"A simple illusion."
"Well . . . you're the real deal right?" Steel flashed beneath his jacket. The blade stopped inches before the wizards face.
"Nice shot. I'm busy right now and don't have anymore time for games so . . . bye bye"
Flames erupted from his hand immolating the helpless warrior instantly.

Problem: Primary adamantium doesn't melt.
Still Ultron would lose if he got thrown into the sun
Wonder Woman vs Iron Man
Location: New York City
Wonder Woman and Iron man charge at each other at full speed Wonder Woman then stops and knees Iron Man in the face and knocks him back Iron Man responds with multiple laser blasts which are easily blocked with her silver bracelets and she gets back handed into a building by Iron Man as he flies towards her charging she catches him by the shoulders and head butts Iron Man in the head knocking him on his back with a star shaped on his helmet she starts to bring both her hands together and knocks him a couple floors down until he hits the ground. She flies down seeing Iron Man get up and she punches him in the stomach knocking him on his knees she puts her hand on his chin and raises her fist up and punches him through the ground leaving Iron Man unconscious she then raps her Lasso around his neck and tugs at her hardest and slices Iron mans head off.
Winner: Wonder Woman.
