The pursuit of Nick Fury Starring, Captain America Spider Woman Iron Fist, Ronin and Spider-man. (Sorry Wolverine)
As they begin the chas Spider Woman is the first to fire her venom blasts and the Van narrowly misses suddenly a Gatling gun fires out the back of the car Captain America blocks with his shield while Spider-Man webs up the side and yanks it out with Iron Fist using his iron fist to shatter it Ronin then leaps over at Iron Fist and grabs his hand and front flips tossing Iron Fist into the van and Iron Fist lands only to be drop kicked out by Crossbones the two begin there heated battle Iron Fist drop kicks Crossbones in the gut as Crossbones jumps at him and flips him into an alley as Iron Fist jumps at Crossbones. Ronin grabs onto Spider Womans hands and Spider Woman swings Ronin towards the van and ontop of it and he punches a hole into the top of the van and knocks the driver in the head and he crashes into a light pole. The Taskmaster jumps through the driver Door with his katana out and slices at Ronins feet who back flips and lands on his feet swinging out his nunchucks and slaps the Katana away but gets kicked in the gut. Face front to the fight with the fight between Iron Fist and Crossbones where Crossbones grabs Iron Fist by the hand and flips him into a wall but Iron Fist reacts by kicking the wall and flings himself back towards Crossbones with a spin kick to the face and he drops Crossbones into the ground and does a double knee drop on his face knocking him out instantly. Ronin slaps Taskmasters under chin knocking him back but suddenly his wrist gets grabbed by Bullseye and Ronin kicks Bullseye's knee back breaking it when suddenly the front of the katana is spun into the air with Spider-Man knocking out The Taskmaster with half his full strength Spider Woman the only one left behind flies into the car only seeing that of a flashing light seemingly transporting Nick Fury out.

Count Nefaria vs Thor
After defeating several Avengers and two members of the FF, Count Nefaria must face the might of Thor.
Thor charges straight into Nefaria, sending both of them careening into a nearby building. The debris clears and Thor rises to his feet. He looks around for Nefaria who is standing behind him. nefaria shoves Thor, face first, into the ground.
Several streets away, at the Baxter building, Reed Richards, Doctor Strange, Iron-man, Namor, Black Bolt and Charles Xavier stand around a conference room table. Xavier has just told the Illuminati of Doom's attack on the X-mansion and Nicky Fury has told them of Nefaria's attack on SHIELD and several heroes. Reed is upset by the loss of the Human Torch and is consoling his wife and children.
"I think I know how to stop Nefaria but I'll need your best spaceship, Richards." Xavier states calmly. Reed nods.
Amongst the rubble and craters in the financial district, Captain America crawls over to the unconscious form of Spider-man and checks for a pulse. Nearby the Thing writhes around on the floor, missing an arm. Cap leaning on a car, gets to his feet. He limps towards the baxter building.
Thor soars past the Thing where he collides in the air with Nefaria. He attempts to punch Nefaria who blocks. Thor then swings his hammer into Nefaria's face sending him flying back into a nearby car. Nefaria grabs the car and slams it down onto Thor.
Outside the Baxter building, The Red Skull smiles. He turns around. Behind him stands the Lizard, Ultron, Baron Mordo, the Super Skrull and the Enchantress.
"The heroes are busy dealing with the super powered Count Nefaria crisis. We enter the Baxter Building, we slaughter as many heroes as possible and then we leave. Nefaria will reward us at a later stage."
Meanwhile Thor throws his hammer, which Nefaria dodges and and attack Thor by firing energy beams from his hands. The beams hit Thor in the chest, knocking him back into the side of a building, several floors up. Thor flies out from the building, but Nefaria flies past at super speeds, punching him. Thor attempts to react but Nefaria does the same again, pummeling Thor repeatedly. Thor falls to the ground and Nefaria kicks him in the back.
The Illuminati leave Reed Richards planning room and enter the living area where the X-men, Avengers, young Avengers and the surviving members of the fantastic four, along with several other heroes are gathered. Iron-man explains that several heroes have already fallen to Nefaria and more heroes will be sent in waves to try to stop him whilst Xavier takes a small group to outer space in order to look for the one thing powerful enough to stop Nefaria.
The Phoenix force.
The main entrance to the baxter building explodes and Red Skull's team enter the building. Ultron shuts down the building defences. Iron-man, Hawkeye, Vision, Giant Man, Patriot and Hulkling stand ready to stop them.
Several blocks away, Thor attempts to stand up but is kicked down by nefaria, then hit with an uppercut punch. With his last remaining strength, Thor attempts to call upon the lightning through his hammer, but Nefaria hits him from behind with energy beams, knocking Thor out.
Nefaria flies through the air towards the Baxter building, when he hits an invisible force field. Stood on the roof of the baxter building is Susan Storm. Behind her stands Havok, Polaris, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Colossus and Shadowcat.
Susan screams at Nefaria.
"I swear to you, on my dead brothers grave.....I will stop you."
Nefaria laughs, before flying straight at them.

Red Skull's team vs Iron-man's team
The main entrance to the Baxter building explodes and Red Skull, the Lizard, Ultron, Baron Mordo, the Super Skrull and the Enchantress enter the building. Ultron shuts down the building defences. Iron-man, Hawkeye, Vision, Giant Man, Patriot and Hulkling stand ready to stop them.
The lizard leaps forward, clawing Hulkling's face. However Hulkling is quick enough to grab the creature, slamming him to the ground. Iron-man flies forward firing an energy beam at Super Skrull who blocks with an invisible force field. Super Skrull then elongates his arm, wrapping it around Iron-man and uses his super strength to punch Stark into a wall. In the chaos of battle, nobody notices the Red Skull entering further into the building, towards the living room where the rest of the heroes are planning a counter attack on Nefaria.
Ultron takes a swipe at Vision but his fist passes right through his face. Vision flies high into the air and fires an energy blast down, exploding the floor Ultron stands on, causing the robot to topple over. Patriot punches Baron mordo, who is about to retaliate but is grabbed by Giant Man's huge fist. Patriot leaps through the air, kicking the Lizard off of Hulkling. He then punches the Lizard with an uppercut and slams his Shield into the lizard's face, knocking the creature back. He tuns to Hulkling smiling....
"You can thank me later."
At that point Enchantress steps forward firing a spell at Patriot. The spell hits the young Avenger in the back and explodes. Hulkling screams out in concern, cradling his friend as he dies in his arms. Enchantress is about to hit Hulkling with a spell when Hawkeye fires an arrow into her arm, causing her to flee in pain.
Giant Man squeezes his fist, constricting Baron Mordo until the villain utters an incantation, causing Giant Man's hand to burst into flames. Screaming, giant Man drops the villain who slowly gets to his feet.
On the roof of the Baxter building a team lead by Susan Storm is about to confront a cosmically empowered Count Nefaria when the roof shuttle doors open. A spaceship zooms through he sky towards deep space. Inside Xavier leads a team of Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Sentry, Black Widow and Black Panther.
Back inside the building, the Red Skull enters Reed Richards lab. He smiles at all the experiments in progress. The lab doors open and Daredevil walks towards Red Skull.
"You are not supposed to be in here."
Red Skull pulls out a gun and opens fire on the man without fear. Daredevil leaps sideways behind a desk as bullets rip into lab notes an machinery pieces. Daredevil rolls forward and throws his club. The club hits Red Skull's gun disarming him. Red Skull steps forward and punches Daredevil. He attempts a second punch but Daredevil blocks and kicks Red Skull in the face. The lab doors open and Reed Richards accompanied by She-Hulk and Nick Fury enter the lab. Red Skull hits Daredevil with a backhand slap and attempts to run. Nick Fury opens fire and several bullets rip into Red Skull's chest. Red Skull stumbles forward throwing a high impact grenade at a nearby window destroying it. He then leaps out. The heroes run to the window but the Red Skull has vanished.
At the Baxter building entrance, more heroes provide back up. Ultron is eventually taken down by an EMP arrow to the mouth, from Hawkeye. Baron Mordo has Giant Man down on the floor in pain and stands over him ready to deliver the killing blow. Dr Strange flies forward and fires several spells. Both men engage in an intense battle until hey teleport each other to another dimension.
The Super Skrull is the last to fall, taken down by Iron-man's sonics.
Meanwhile on the Baxter building roof, Count Nefaria attacks several more heroes.

Count Nefaria vs Susan Storm's team
Nefaria flies through the air towards the Baxter building, when he hits an invisible force field. Stood on the roof of the baxter building is Susan Storm. Behind her stands Havok, Polaris, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Colossus and Shadowcat.
Susan screams at Nefaria.
"I swear to you, on my dead brothers grave.....I will stop you."
Nefaria laughs, before flying straight at them. He flies straight into the roof of the building sending a shock wave everywhere. All of the heroes are knocked off their feet, blasted back by the blast. Nefaria emerges from the small crater in the side of the building, floating above the heroes, cosmic energy crackling around his body. Susan Storm attempts to place force fields inside his body but his cosmic powers prevent this. Ignoring Susan he flies straight towards Wolverine and Nightcrawler who teleports himself and Logan away from the assault.
Havok fires his plasma energy at Nefaria. A beam hits Nefaria, the sheer force of the blast sending the villain back into a nearby skyscraper. Nefaria emerges, unharmed.
Inside the Baxter Building Reed Richards, Namor, Blackbolt, Iron-man and Nick Fury stand around two monitor screens. On one they watch the progress of the small group of heroes sent into space in the small hope of finding the Phoenix force to combat Nefaria. On the other Screen the heroes watch the battle raging on with Nefaria. Reed spots Nefaria hitting Susan storm with an energy blast. Her force field protects her from the attack but she struggles to maintain it. The strain eventually knocks her out.
These Heroes are interrupted by Dr Doom who enters through the Baxter building entrance, yelling for Reed Richards.
On the roof Nefaria generates a ball of energy and throws it at Polaris. Polaris uses her powers to pull a heap of metal debris in the way, blocking the attack. Colossus steps forward ready to stand his ground against Count Nefaria. Nefaria flies straight at Colossus. At the last possible moment, Colossus punches Nefaria into the ground. Nightcrawler and Logan teleport next to their comrade. Unfortunately Nefaria is not down. Rising from the ground, he grabs hold of Colossus by his head and with small effort, he decapitates the X-man.
Shadowcat screams in terror fighting back tears she charges at Nefaria who swats her away into Havok. the force sends both X-men over the edge of the building, Shadowcat's powers saving both team members from a messy end. Nefaria fires an energy blast from his eyes which hits Nightcrawler in the chest, knocking him back into the building generator. Nightcrawler breaks several ribs. Wolverine lunges forward, but before he even reaches Nefaria, using super-speed Nefaria grabs Logan's arm, swinging him around and around. He then throws Logan off the building and over the horizon.
Polaris is the last to fall. Nefaria literally flies straight through her, ripping her in half. Though horrified by Nefaria, the heroes inside the building have little opportunity to mourn the fallen heroes outside due to the presence of Doctor Doom. Doom greets the heroes who stand poised, ready to attack.
"Richards, I know how to stop Nefaria."
"Thanks Victor, but we already have sent a team to..."
"They will never find the Phoenix force. Jean Grey is dead. Xavier is living in false hope. I have built a device in my suit to stop Nefaria but it may mean killing him."
Before the Heroes can respond, the ceiling explodes. Debris rains down on them. Several Young Avengers including Hawkeye 2 and Cassie Lang are knocked unconscious. Nefaria floats down from above. He holds out his hand and drops Colossus's head onto the ground, smiling.
Before anyone can respond, BlackBolt and Namor move in on Nefaria......
Meanwhile, deep in Shi'ar space, Xavier's team attempts to contact Lilandra but as they approach the Shi'ar home world, they realise that there timing could not have been worse. A desperate and dieing Galactus, after being drained of energy by Nefaria, attempts to consume the Shi'ar planet!!!!!!

Xavier's team vs the Shi'ar and Galactus
Deep in Shi'ar space, Xavier's team attempts to contact Lilandra but as they approach the Shi'ar home world, they realise that their timing could not have been worse. A desperate and dying Galactus, after being drained of energy by Nefaria, attempts to consume the Shi'ar planet.
An armada of Shi'ar warships fly through space, firing at Galactus. Being in a severely weakened state, the blasts hurt Galactus, who destroys hundreds of spaceships with a swipe of his gigantic hand.
Xavier and his team of Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Sentry, Black Widow and Black Panther fly through the Shi'ar armada, weaving in and out, narrowly missing spaceships. The plummet towards the Shi'ar home world in a deep dive, narrowly avoiding another attack from Galactus. They crash land Reed Richard's ship on the Shi'ar home world outside Lilandra's palace. Hundreds of Shi'ar guards run out towards the ship.
Sentry is the first to react, cashing straight through the roof of the spaceship, he flies towards the war between the Shi'ar fleets and Galactus. Mistaking Sentry as a herald for Galactus, the guards open fire on the team inside the ship. Black panther and Beast leap from the spaceship's wreckage and land in a crowd of soldiers. Black Panther twists through the air, avoiding multiple shots and as he lands, he rakes the back of a Shi'ar guard with his claws. He then kicks a guard and punches another. Several guards surround him and ask him to surrender. Under his mask, Black Panther smiles and withdraws two Wakandian blades from his utility belt.
Meanwhile Beast leaps into the fray, bowling over several guards and throwing one guard into several more men. Xavier, Cyclops, Emma Frost and Black Widow seize the opportunity to enter the palace. The travel down wide open corridors, surrounded by gigantic pillars. They are about to enter Lilandra's throne room when the Imperial guard appear.
"We were about to stop Galactus but the X-men shall cause us no trouble first." Gladiator states simply flying towards Xavier. Cyclops fires a blast at a nearby pillar, causing it to fall on all the Imperial guard, crushing them.
Black Widow enters the throne Room and explains to Lilandra that she needs to help the heroes of Earth find the Phoenix force, however Lilandra is more concerned about the fate of her own planet.
Several miles above the planet, Galactus confronts the last few hundred Sh'ar ships. He takes down several with an energy blast from his hands. Sentry flies forward punching Galactus. Galactus stumbles back but recovers quickly grabbing Sentry in both his hands and squeezing the Golden Guardian. Mustering all his strength, Sentry releases a large omni-directional energy blast, the force of which, not only stuns Sentry, but hurts Galactus, repelling him back from the Shi'ar home world.
Gladiator attempts to kill Xavier, flying towards the Mutant, Gladiator grabs Xavier by the throat. Xavier attack Gladiator with a telepathic attack, stunning the Imperial Guardsmen and Emma Frost joins in, telepathically pummeling Gladiator into submission. Lilandra apologises to Xavier for the attack and agree to help the heroes find the Phoenix force.
Back on Earth, Nefaria breaks through the Baxter Building, taking down several Young Avengers. Namor and Black Bolt step forward......

Count Nefaria vs Doctor Doom
Nefaria breaks through the Baxter Building, taking down several Young Avengers. Namor and Black Bolt step forward to confront the villain. Nefaria fires an energy blast that sends Namor flying back out through the side of a wall. Reed Richards stretches forward, wrapping around Nefaria, attempting to constrict him. Nefaria lets loose cosmic energy, crackling around himself, hurting Richards and causing him to collapse. Black bolt is about to scream but Nefaria uses his super speed to grab Medusa by the throat.
"Scream and I will kill her."
Black Bolt remains silent. Nefaria smiles. The Inhumans along with several other heroes run forward. Nefaria throws Medusa out of the side of the building, through the hole Namor created. Black bolt flies off after her. Hercules steps forward and begins trading punches with Nefaria. Dr Doom reluctantly helps Reed Richards to his feet.
"Trust me Richards. Nefaria still has enough cosmic energy from Galactus to take down the rest of the heroes here. Most of the Avengers have fallen. Your family have been slaughtered or beaten to submission. the Young Avengers and the X-men are down. Only a handful of heroes remain.
My suit can absorb Nefaria's energy. I will stop him."
Reed Richards is far too weak to protest. Doom steps forward as Nefaria throws Hercules into several Inhumans, nearly killing Triton and Crystal.
Doom punches Nefaria across the face, causing him to spit blood. Both injured and shocked Nefaria fires an energy blast at Doom. Doom uses his armour to absorb the blast. He then clasps his hands together and swings them upwards, clubbing Nefaria in the face. Nefaria is knocked several floors up, back onto the Baxter Building roof.
In deep space Lilandra and several Shi'ar guardsmen escort Xavier, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Sentry, Black Widow and Black Panther in a spaceship towards a deep far region of space. They approach a huge rock. Inside the rock a small fragment of the Phoenix force resides, in the form of the Phoenix. This "fragment" is over a hundred miles in length. The spaceship suddenly comes under fire from a Skrull warship. They have stumbled in the crossfire of a large battle between the Skrull's and the Kree!!!!!
Back on Earth, Nefaria lies on the Baxter Building roof, motionless. Dr Doom uses his jet boots in his armour to flies up and towards Nefaria. Nefaria suddenly leaps forward grabbing Doom by the neck, he unloads massive amounts of cosmic energy into Doom's armour which Doom gratefully absorbs.......
Inside the Baxter Building, the heroes slowly recover. Captain America joins them, only suffering minor injuries compared to the rest who fought Nefaria in the first wave.
"Richards, we need to regroup and form an assault on Nefaria."
"No need Cap, Dr Doom is absorbing Nefaria's energy in hopes of defeating him."
Cap pauses for a second.
"Where is that energy going?"
On the roof, Doom punches Nefaria, knocking him to the floor, each touch absorbing energy, draining and therefore killing Nefaria. Nefaria slowly gets up. Doom grabs hold of Nefaria's face absorbing the last vestiges of energy from his body. Nefaria literally falls apart, screaming as he slowly crumbles into a fine dust.
Reed Richards, Captain America, Iron-man, Wasp, Susan Storm, Spider-woman and Hawkeye arrive on the roof in time to see Dr Doom fly fifty foot above the building, his armour seething with energy. The sky turns dark and crackles with Thunder as Thor returns to join the fray.
"Richards, bring every friend you have. I have the power of Galactus in my armour and an intellect far, far greater than Nefaria. My only promise is that I will kill everyone here."
Under his armour Doom smiles.

The Kree vs The Skrulls vs Xavier's team vs the Phoenix force
In deep space Lilandra and several Shi'ar guardsmen escort Xavier, Cyclops, Emma Frost, Beast, Sentry, Black Widow and Black Panther in a spaceship towards a deep far region of space. They approach a huge rock. Inside the rock a small fragment of the Phoenix force resides, in the form of the Phoenix. This "fragment" is over a hundred miles in length. The spaceship suddenly comes under fire from a Skrull warship. They have stumbled in the crossfire of a large battle between the Skrull's and the Kree!
The spaceship hull receives heavy damage from Skrull ships and begins to head towards the asteroid containing the Phoenix force fragment. The ship is about to crash into the asteroid, resulting in a huge explosion, next to a small space station housed on the asteroid but a split second before, Sentry uses his super speed to move everyone off the ship and into the space station.
The heroes discover they are out of the frying pan and into the fire. Xavier turns to Cyclops.
"Scott, you and Beast concentrate on freeing the Phoenix force, we will try to hold off any Kree or Skrull soldiers whilst finding a ship home."
Cyclops nods and he and Beast run down a corridor. A nearby wall explodes to reveal a docking bay housing several Kree and Skrull spaceships. The heroes run towards them but are knocked back by a Skrull ship that explodes after being taken down by several Kree soldiers.
Several more Kree soldiers run forwards firing at the Heroes. A laser hits Lilandra in the shoulder, taking her down. One of her two Shi'ar bodyguards returns fire whilst the other attends to her. Emma Frost takes down a small group of Skrulls with a telepathic assault, stunning them. Xavier does exactly the same to a small platoon of Kree soldiers who are leaving one of their ships.
Deeps inside the space Station, Cyclops and Beast enter large drilling area. They discover Kree scientists attempting to tap into the Phoenix force. The Skrull's must be attack this Kree base to stop them!
Another spaceship lands and the doors open. Several Kree soldiers are about to leave the ship when Black Widow runs forwards taking one down with machine gun fire. Another is taken down with a stinger and the last one is kicked into submission. Xavier reads a Kree soldiers mind to discover how to pilot the space ship. Meanwhile Black Panther begins trading punches and Kicks with several Skrull warriors. He takes them down with a repeated knife wounds.
Cyclops fires his Optic blast into the drills destroying them. Kree soldiers run forward ready to attack but Beast begins clawing at them and throwing them around. Cyclops fires a large blast into the drilling area, starting off a chain reaction to the asteroid's destruction.
Outside the Space station, a group Skrull warships surround the space station and open fire. Laser gun turrets on the space station return fire. Realising that destroying the space station would kill the heroes, Sentry flies through a Skrull warship, destroying it. He the grabs the large wreckage and throws it at another Warship. However a blast from a Skrull warship hits Sentry, causing him to be knocked back into the space station.
The heroes enter the Kree space ship Black Widow and Xavier hijacked and attempt to leave before the space station is destroyed. Unfortunately Black Panther cannot join them on the ship as he is surrounded by a group of Kree and Skulls. Black Panther yells at the team.
"Free the Phoenix Force, save Earth, forget about me!"
At that moment, he disappears beneath a mass of Kree and Skrull bodies, all fighting each other. Piloting the Kree ship, the heroes manage to leave the station just as it is exploding. Unfortunately, the blast hits their ship, destroying it.
All the heroes are stuck in the vacuum of space, all except a panicking Sentry, are suffocating.
The asteroid explodes and a gigantic bird of Flame replaces it. The Phoenix spots the heroes about to die and envelops them inside itself. The Phoenix force provides air and allows the heroes to survive the harsh conditions of space. Recognising the X-men, it teleports them all, including the Shi'ar members back to Earth......

All of a sudden the peace was shattered, a explosion of light (larger then even RotS'S cg budget could afford) ensued . A silver coated man on a surfboard floated in mid-air peacefully (Ironically blinding several people due to his sheer shininess ).
Said silver man suddenly snapped out of his peaceful stupor and declared loudly to the errant populace
"Am I the baddest ?"
A whole legion of aliens (Including a rather familiar golden guy with an S on his chest....) popped up and answered him.
"Sur-Fah!"

"Am I the strongest, most cosmic powered mofo, in this universe ? "

With that said he seemed to relax, calmly hopping off his board (and surviving the rather long fall to the ground).

orion charging into newyork city like a bat out of hell, he immediately spots thor and sends him reeling with a double ax handle to the face, crashing into several buildings the norse god shouts, and lunges toward the masked warrior hurling mjoinor fool force, orion dodges it and proceeds to grab thor in a bear hug trying to squeeze the life out of him, using his wits thor flys into the air and delivers countless elbows into orions face, orion lets go and while plummetting thor catches him by the leg and swings him into nearby buildings, orion emerges angrier than ever he blitzs thor only to be sent back by a earth shattering haymaker, which echoes across the city, then suddenly a portal opens up, thor screams thanos, orion corrects him it is darkseid, the battle has just started

Damn this sucks muttered Duck-Hair-emo-red-eye as he was forced into a compromising situation by his much much much senior ! Known locally as Grey-hair-porn-reading-cyclops.
All of a sudden the peace was shattered, a explosion of light (larger then even RotS'S cg budget could afford) ensued . A silver coated man on a surfboard floated in mid-air peacefully (Ironically blinding several people due to his sheer shininess ).
Said silver man suddenly snapped out of his peaceful stupor and declared loudly to the errant populace
"Am I the baddest ?"
A whole legion of aliens (Including a rather familiar golden guy with an S on his chest....) popped up and answered him.
"Sur-Fah!"
"Am I the Shiniest ? "
"Sur-Fah!"
"Am I the strongest, most cosmic powered mofo, in this universe ? "
"Sur-Fah!"
"Well, who am I?"
"Sur-Fah!"
"Who am I?"
"Sur-Fah!"
"I can’t hear you!"

"The Herald of Galactus!"
With that said he seemed to relax, calmly hopping off his board (and surviving the rather long fall to the ground).

PART 10
Dr Doom vs Reed Richards, Captain America, Iron-man, Wasp, Susan Storm, Spider-woman, Hawkeye and Thor
Dr Doom hovers about fifty foot above the top of the baxter building. Under his mask he smiles at the group of heroes before him.
Inside the building, Nick Fury helps Daredevil to his feet.
"Matt, they need us on the roof, now."
Daredevil nods and both he and Fury gather as many conscious heroes as possible and head for the baxter building roof.
Dr Doom raises his hands above his head and generates a large ball of crackling cosmic energy. Laughing he throws the ball at the group of heroes. Nick Fury, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron-Fist and Warbird arrive on the roof.
"SUSAN, NOW!" screams Reed Richards.
Doom's energy attack hits the roof and the Baxter building explodes. A bright blue light envelops the building and it's occupants are instantly vaporized. Spider-man, still recovering from Count Nefaria's attack is web swinging towards the building when it explodes, the sheer force of the explosion, knocking Spider-man into the East River.
The dust from the rubble clears and a large invisible force field generated by Susan Storm protects the heroes.
Doom laughs and flies straight at the force field, shattering it. Warbird flies forward punching Doom. Doom grabs Warbird by her hair and shoves her face into Reed Richards, knocking them into the ground. Iron-man flies into Doom, knocking him off of Warbird and Hawkeye fires several explosive arrows at Doom which has no effect. Doom raises his fist up into the air and releases multiple bolts of lightning like energy from his hand. A blast hits Iron-man, incapacitating him. Another blast kills Hawkeye, instantly vaporizing him.
An enraged Wasp flies at Doom, who literally swats her away. Doom fires a column of energy which begins creating numerous Doombots comprised entirely of energy. Cap cuts one in half with his shield, kicks one in the face and bowls two more over. Susan Storm fires invisible bolts at the Doombots cutting them down. Nick Fury begins cutting them down with twin pistols until Dr Doom, grabbing a large shard of metal, stabs Fury in the back. Spider-woman fires an energy blast but Doom controls it's direction, turning it back towards herself, where it hits Spider-woman.
Thor flies forward, hitting Doom across the face with his hammer. He proceeds to repeatedly batter Doom across the face but causes no damage. Doom fires a beam of energy that surrounds Thor, trapping him in an energy bubble, Thor attempting unsuccessfully to break free.
Iron-Fist nurse a severely injured Nick Fury until Doom blasts Danny away, knocking him out. Luke Cage is ripping Doombots apart.
Dr Doom flies at Daredevil at incredible speeds. Before Daredevil can dodge, Doom grabs him by the throat and begins to suffocate him. A large crowd of bystanders have gathered and Doom announces the hero's executions, whilst throttling Daredevil.
One of the bystanders becomes angry, very angry, Doom wouldn't like this bystander when he's angry..........
"HULK SMASH!!!!!"

Bullseye vs Green Arrow
Location: Random toy ware house.
Green Arrow leaps through an open window looking around while he investigates a disturbance. Suddenly 3 knives come at his head are suddenly falling to the ground and Green Arrow stands over them as his sword is in his hand ready for another attack Bullseye comes at Green Arrow with a sai in hand Green Arrow jumps back dodging a stab and slaps Bullseye's wrist knocking off the sai and headbutts bullseye back. He returns a kick the to face of Green arrow and stands up with two knives ready to stab Ollie in the chest but is kicked in the stomach and rolls back throwing Bullseye off into a distance and turns quickly firing 3 arrows at Bullseye who dodges2 and catches one in the shoulder he is then hit in the head with Green Arrows bow and knocked back into a wall where an adhesive arrow traps his feet and a boxing glove arrow knocks him out.
Green Arrow wins blah blah.

PART 11/ THE FINALE
Dr Doom vs the Phoenix force
Dr Doom flies at Daredevil at incredible speeds. Before Daredevil can dodge, Doom grabs him by the throat and begins to suffocate him. A large crowd of bystanders have gathered and Doom announces the hero's executions, whilst throttling Daredevil.
One of the bystanders becomes angry, very angry, Doom wouldn't like this bystander when he's angry..........
"HULK SMASH!!!!!"
Hulk leaps forward pounding Doom into the ground with his gigantic fists. Doom immediately releases Daredevil, who is knocked away from the fight by the impact of the Hulk. Hulk grab Doom, holding him high above his head and slams him into the ground again.
Nearby, amongst the rubble, Xavier's team that was sent into space, appears, teleported by the Phoenix force which hovers a mile above.
Dr Doom punches the Hulk across the face. He then swings both his fists on the back of Hulk's head, knocking him into the ground. Hulk is enraged...
"NO!!!! HULK IS THE STRONGEST ONE THERE...."
Hulk's sentence is punctuated by Dr Doom who has impaled the Hulk on his armoured fist. Using his foot, to prise himself free of the monster, Doom fires an energy blast at the Hulk, knocking him away, where he crashes into several buildings.
Captain America, Black Widow, Beast and Nick Fury charge forward, towards Doom. Cap throws his shield and Nick Fury and Black Widow fire several shots which bounce off Doom's metal mask, with no effect. Doom charges his fist with energy and punches the ground, creating a miniature earthquake, knocking the approaching heroes away.
Sentry flies forward grabbing Dr Doom. He then flies upwards, towards the Phoenix Force, which floats above.
Reed Richards helps his wife to her feet.
"Susan, when I say, cover me and Doom in the strongest force field you can create."
Reed Richards removes from his pocket, a small version of the Ultimate Nulifier. Nightcrawler, still nursing his injuries, teleports Reed Richards towards Doom.
Sentry flies Doom up towards the Phoenix force. Doom punches Sentry with a cosmically powered punch, sending the hero straight back to the ground. However the Phoenix force has spotted Doom. Panicking Doom fires an energy blast at the Phoenix force, but this merely angers it. The bird of flame rakes Doom's chest-plate with it's large talons, ripping his armour open. Doom screams in agony as his scarred chest is exposed. The Phoenix force suddenly vanishes.
Nightcralwer suddenly appears, having teleported Reed Richards right next to Doom. Kurt teleports away. Mr Fantastic stretches himself around Doom, to prevent falling to the ground.
"SUSAN, NOOOOWWW, DO IT NOW!!!!!!"
Down below, Invisible Woman, fighting back tears, covers Reed Richards and Victor Von Doom in a large Force field. Seizing the opportunity, Reed Richards punches Doom with one hand and with his other, he stretches out the Ultimate Nulifier, plunging it into Doom's chest. The Device explodes in a blast of pure bright white energy. Then both men disappear.
Susan Storm bursts into mourning for her husband, comforted by Captain America, whilst the surviving heroes begin to recuperate from this major attack. They honour the fallen heroes with a large statue in New York.....
THE END?
Epilogue 1: The Red Skull, having escaped the Heroes, teleports randomly away from their fight. The teleport causing him to arrive in a laboratory somewhere. looking out of a nearby window, the Skull recognises the landscape as Latveria. Realising he must be in Castle Doom, the Red Skull smiles as he discovers Dr Doom's time machine...
Epilogue 2: Floating through space, Galactus, nearly dead, cries out in agony. Finally cosmic energy, escaping from the dead Dr Doom, returns to him, empowering him once more. Galactus, looks nearby desperately for a herald. A damaged nearby asteroid contains several bodies including one of a costumed hero. Smiling, Galactus pours cosmic energy into the hero....
Epilogue 3: After ripping open Dr Doom's armour, the Phoenix Force instantly disappears. Reappearing over Westchester, New York, the gigantic bird of flame suddenly dives into a Nearby grave marked "Jean Grey." For a moment, silence, then suddenly a woman's hand bursts free from the ground.......
