He's #3 I'd assume. Everyone knows 007 is the best, but then if you think about it, the only other dude who hasn't been killed and has been kicking ass the whole time is 008. They should have 007 and 008 team up on a mission in a movie and not kill 008 off like they do with 004 and such.
