Exiles Hyperion vs. Black Adam

Who wins this? The strongest form of Hyperion vs. strongest form of Capt Marvel. Battle takes place above Liberty Island

doesnt magic have an effect on hyperion the thing is he still reformed even after that sword that could cut through anything exploded inside him when it was charged by gambit with everything he had.

Black Adam isn't stronger than Captain Marvel.

I'll say Hyperion wins this.
