Wolverine should take Kingpin down in one strike. Kingpin could give DD a good fight, and has, but Wilson's only advantage against most opponents is his strength (press 650 lbs) and his hand to hand.
Unfortunately Wolverine can lift a lot more than 650 lbs. and he has 20 times Wilson's hand to hand abilities.
Only way to make this fight interesting is to throw in a couple of Spidey baddies as Wilson's cronies and let him have his laser cane and whatever other weapon he can carry.
