x-men vs JLA

I wasn't really paying attention that one person was posting all the jean owning all stuff, I was simply tired of being the only one exploring her weakness and arguing that the JLA has a very gifted telepath, I apologize if you thought the "morons!!!" was directed at you. Does Jean have telepathic abilities while she is the phonix? I was always under the impression that she was all TK and lost her TP while in pheonix mode.

She still has it, its just they are more towards sharing the body now. When it first occurred, the Dark phoenix was tuning Jean out and taking over.

They were having a "conversation" (If you can call it that) before the five started really fighting (with no one being able to do anything to the stranger EXCEPT Bobby). So that point is nulled. In any case I don't see how he's going to freeze Phantom Stranger since he doesn't actually have a body or Captain Atom or Ion who could any number of things to counter. Like I said, Bobby starting the match by flash freezing the whole team except the ones he can't is akin to Superman starting by busting the planet. Oh, it's possible but I very much doubt it will go down like that. That's totally out of character.

Strangers a toss up considering by all accounts he should be celestial level.
