superman had dracula beat for sure but dracula will come back. But dracula has no way to beat the man of steel so my vote would go with superman

again the earth team. Superman and hulk equal to an entire team like x men or teen titans. They two are unstoppable. Spawn puts up a good fight but in the end it's pointless as the hulk rips his head off. Draculas ashes disappear under the sludge
