Hulk would have to get pretty uber to take down Atlas. It could happen but I imagine Erik stepping on him long before that happens.
I don't think it would be much of a stretch to say Atlas is physically the strongest person on Marvel Earth right now based on showings against Hyperion, Namor, Genis, and his own Thunderbolts team.
