Iceman can't technically shoot ice from his hands. He can manipulate his molecular structure and the molecules in the air surrounding himself(within a certain radius of course). From a distance Pyro could win by throwing super-heated bolts of flame which might melt Iceman's slides, walls, bats, or maybe even Ice himself. In a hand to hand battle Iceman would almost always win, unless Pyro coats himself in really hot flames(a la human torch).

Iceman can survive even evaporated 😐

The heat of the flames would make it almost impossible to survive in a little puddle and the air surrounding them would be far too hot.

Sentinals completely destroyed him, and then he just recently got blown up in human form

Yes in the water molecules that are in everyday air. Air is not normally at scorching degrees though...besides who said Pyro had to kill Iceman? I'm just talking about Pyro defeating him. If Iceman dies Pyro is out of rivals...
