I agree. Kenobi's lightsaber style depends on trying to block and basically wear somebody down until something slips and Kenobi strikes. But Dooku's lightsaber style is 100% about efficiency and effectiveness. In a few simple strikes he'll find Kenobi's vulnerable spot again, much like he did in AOTC, and just strike him down. Then he'll have his Wine, circa long time ago lol.
