I don't think it would matter. Galactus's physical form and size are only manifestations; it isn't his real form. That being the case, I don't think he could be beaten by sheer, physical force.

About the Beyonder: She got taken down by Thanos. Big G is not having problems with her.

Current Ion? No chance in heck.

I suppose some of the Celestials have a shot, depending on Galactus's level of hunger.

Death? Maybe, but not a good shot.

Mephisto? Don't think so.

Odin? Not good odds. Maybe.

Spectre? Only if the Presence is solidly behind him. Most of Spectre's usual powerlevels get shrugged aside by Big G.

Phoenix? The Avatars (the Greys) have no shot. The Phoenix Force itself has a good chance, if it sets its "mind" to it.

Eternity? Good chance.

Infinity? Good chance.

Living Tribunal? Pulls a definitive win.

Only if he's getting lots of backing from the Presence. Spectre does not display LT levels of power most of the time.

Galactus already has inacuable levels of strength AND he can amp himself up with PC.
