Checkmate vs. S.H.I.E.L.D.

All-out battle. No forms of prep allowed. Members of both organizations are the ONLY ones allowed to fight. They can use whatever resources they have a their disposal. Help from superteams in any way is prohibited unless a superhero is a formal member of the said organization.
