Well, in both instances Onslaught took the next step in his evolutions. When Thor ripped Prof X from him, he was free. When Hulk smashed his armour, he evolved into pure energy.

When you think about it like that, neaither are really that impressive seeing as Onslaught let them do it. Or may have.

Because he was flying, I don't know if he was using strength or psionics to drag it. Look at the past debates of how Superman's powers work, and the theory it's all psi-based from his bio-field.

Exitar didn't even noticed Thor until he attacked Exitar's brain in which he sent Thor hurtling threw the air like an insect. Onslaught tryed to fight the Hulk and couldn't match Hulk's fury

IMO, Hulk's feat is better.

Only because Thor's shredded Celestial armor before...without his strength belt and amps.
