Spider-man & Batman with 2days of prep VS agents J. & K. with week of prep

The MIB is tired of all bad press and all the failed attempts by the cops to bring them in.So they but together a plan to bring them down and they put there best to agents on it J. and K..All of the Men In Black help in preparation in bringing the to down but word leaks out to Batman about there there attentions two days before there plan can go into action.So Batman immediately finds Spider-man tells him about them planing to take them down and come up with a plan them shelfs in the to days the have lift.The two have no idea of the details of MIB's plans and MIB have no idea the Batman and Spider-man know that there after them.How will this go down?

Mib , they have alien weaponry and Will smith.

If that isn't a winning combination I don't know what is.

mib send a bomb onto batmans doorstep run thru his house(knok out butler) batman has laid a trap the trap if a rope grabs agents hand

and hangs him to the roof spidey comes out of nowere and kiks the life out of the other agent

the agent crawls to his gun and shoots sum mega overload blast cannon

What new powers ... oh wait you mean the 'ability to sense vibrations through web's' (which according to the laws of movement and physics he should be able to feel anyway) Or the power to stick to stuff by his back (IMO : He could already do that).
