Darth Sidious...Insidious...Darth Vader...Father...Darth Maul...maul...Darth Tyranus...tyrant.
Vader is Dutch for Father right? I doubt there's a Holland System in the SW galaxy.
But KOTOR Darth's, like Revan, Malak and Bandon were not pseudonyms like KOTOR II's Nihilus, Sion and Traya, or the movies' Sidious, Vader or Maul.
However, by Earth definitions, Revan can refer to revanchism, and Malak can refer to malicious. Bandon is just Brandon without the R.

If Vader is made up from something and not just sounding cool, then it is from invader.
🙁
Originally Lucas made it up, yes, but in retrospect it can be seen as Father. 😐

Well, it doesn't matter because the character dies with the death star. So why would Lucas have the name Vader from father, huh?
wrong George knew, he was the only one who knew, but he still knew.
