It is not a natural part of his mutation...He gained it when his blood was mixed with "The Travellers" techno organic blood...Then he was further enhanced when he interfaced with the Celestial star ship.

That's awesome, lol! Unfortunately, Stargate SG-1 may be over by the time they decide to make a fourth, so he'd probably be free.

Another pic I found of Apocalypse has his entire lower jaw blue. So I edited the 1 i had already made.
