Ilsa doesn't , Neither does cat-woman or batgirl and T-X is a mass produced machine so she doesn't have any powers.

the movie was kinda gay but ultraviolet kicks ass big time out of all the female fighters ive seen. download the movie trailer and youll see how good she is.
