How so? Lasso has been able to capture beings in another dimension and abstracts, for all we know Diana could lasso the gem of Cyttorrak to make it lose contact with Cain. I'm just arguing it would hold him.

I don't get your idea. Cain doesn't need contact with the gem. Also, he doesn't usually have it with him...
And i was talking about forcefield. Lasso isn't going through it, so...
