Going on a Trip

I'll be going on a trip for 9 days starting tomorrow. After I go to bed tonight you won't hear from me for 9 days. I'll be in a place called Sequoia National Forest, which has these gigantic trees, called Sequoia trees, which are a type of Redwood tree. There will be no computer for miles (noooo!!!! 😂 ) and the only electronic thing that I know I'll have up there is my CD Walkman. Other than that, we have a car and a cabin. The rest is camping. 🙂

I've been to Sequoia a couple of times.

Only when I lived in Nevada way back a couple of months ago.

Yeah, I'll stay on as much as I can today. We still have to do a few things to get ready for the trip. I have to buy two new CDs before I leave to. BHD and LOTR. 😄

Have fun Rex ! Been to CA, but didn't make it to the redwoods.

I think it's cool that you can cut a hole so big that a car can drive through it into a redwood and the tree will still live.

I think the biggest one is called General Sherman. Like 20 people can stand around it fingertip to fingertip or something like that.
