I wouldnt say that. They are about equal in strength, but Robo is more durable. Plus hes got both human and robot instinct to go off of in a battle. Thats what puts him about the 800/850.

In the movies, yes his RUNNING speed os slow, but not his reactions and handspeed. Plus hes slow in the movies because its very difficult for the man in the suit to be mobile. In the comics hes not slow. Plus in the movies, the 800/850 is slow as well.😬
