Gladiator & Tarantula vs Spider-Man

I know Spider-man can easily beat Tarantula.But I don't know enough about the other guy to say who will win this fight.From what that bio gave me I would say Spider-man but I'm sher an enemy of DD would have more abilities then what they gave us on that page.

Spiderman takes this with upgrades but not sure without em.

Tarantula and Gladiator or both chumps. Spider-Man defeated both of them in the past (especially Gladiator, one punch and he was down).

It was a funny fight, it went something like this:

Villain : Look there it's Spider-Man, kill him Gladiator !

But Spider-Man drops Gladiator with one punch, and Gladiator screams Aaargh

Spider-Man (a bit angry) : why do you scream Aaargh you idiot ? It was me who almost broke his hand on that stupid iron mask of yours !! 😆

Erm well, I found it funny...
