1. You could tell from the way that she was wielding her power (and from her killing Cyclops), what she was capable of.
2. He was already upset. He was pissed at the humans and was going to start a war. Besides, he said he regreted the fact that Xavier had to die in order to get Jean, but he wasn't that fazed about it.
3. He could already tell from the way she was using her power that she was different. By the way, even after Prof X died, Wolverine still went to Magneto's base in order to see her.
4. She would've joined the brotherhood anyway. You could tell that the Phoenix was pissed off at Xavier when he was trying to talk her back into joining the X-Men.

download the movie from limewire for free. takes afew hours though. but cant put it on a dvd which sucks

No way he had Survive as much as the destruction of galaxies, he can Think in anything that might kill her, (like I crazy monkey that is Understoptable)
or he can make a ballon and change it to the cure, Use super speed and inject that to her, then he can just play with her and make her sing "LA Macarena" or anyother song that he wants like he did to the cops in the first movie

No but I did, And hell yes the Mask can destroy the Phonexis easily, how can you compare mental destruction with any thing else the Mask can think of, daa he can think she is in a little box and keept her inside

Disagree. The Mask does not have power on a universal range, Dark Pheonix does.

She is the Force of Creation and Destruction, the Mask is simply a reality warper. That's like suggesting that Thanos' Reality Gem could kill the Pheonix Force, which it cannot as of now, since PF is above IG.(thanks to that damned retcon !!!)

The Mask doesn't have reality warping jurisdiction the way someone like Classic Beyonder does. He's a whole diff story.

Sorry bro....the Mask loses. Mental Destruction......we ARE talking about Dark Pheonix from the comic book right? Cuz it seems you are only referring to the DF from the movie....
