The thing is I seen PC Supes get hit and almost beaten by weak/pathetic enemies countless of times. So how is he going to dodge every attack from all the people in question?!

Ther is no way unless you have proof, that this Batman is faster than Supes in the flying game, this wouls mean, Bats can fly through dimensions, time travel through sheer force of physical power, not through psionics or cosmic energy or any arcane means.
Are you sure he can make millions of copies of himself, ALL retaining the original intelligence?

When you see him losing to crappy foes is because there's always gotta be drama in everything, but well written, few(literally)can touch pc supes, and yea Supes can dodge mostly anything you throw at him, once again few operate effectively while speedblitzing or getting speedblitzed, Superman is a master of this super fast realm.

I don't think he has to knock out a person to steal their soul. However, the truth is we have little to go by on Batman 1 Million. He's only been in like two comics. According to what he can do and a description of his powers/equipment, all we can do is make educated guesses as to how he would defeat somebody. 😬
