In fact, I would say that getting breast implants would be the more significant augmentation out of the two because it is seen much much more often.
Penile widening is also a surgery performed. That is probably much more useful than lengthening, for your sexual partner, because I've never ever heard a girl say she enjoyed having her cervix smacked into by a long partner. (I'm unsure about homosexual men, as not having a long enough penis may not reach the desired A-spot. I have much less knowledge of homosexual intercourse between men.)
Anyway, I would link a medical website for penile enhancement surgeries but it has actual pictures of penises pre and post op. If any one is interested, I'll PM it to you. I don't think it is offensive in anyway shape or form since this is medical and professional website; however, I will show respect to the rules of this forum despite my personal beliefs.
So anyway, yes, breast implants are a bigger "faker" than penile enhancement, imo. Half the women I know require clitoral stimulation for their "jollies" regardless of penis size and the use of that penis, so a penile enhancement is useful mainly for appearance in a locker room.

In other words, women who have had large natural breasts for just a few years because just about all naturally large breasts start to look unsightly after several years....nothing they can do about it.
I'm all for a c or a d sized breast. Anything smaller and I can't have sex with them. 😐
