Not actually... The Community would actually cater all kinds of topic as Filipinos are indeed ingaged in anything - be it sensible or not. 🙂 Only that, the Community focus normally on Filipino Entertainment.
The construction is still going on but you can have a short tour. There's nothing a lot there yet. small members, small threads... But hopefully it would grow up. 🙂

The rule violations you seem to enjoy pointing out to and apply to other members, should be applied to yourself as well. You seem to fail in your duties towards yourself on that point.
It' s impossible for us to review all messages. That' s why we make an appeal to our members for cooperation to report any irregularities. Personally, I always deal with spam when I come across it (of which you are an example), so don' t use it as an excuse.
