Yeah, thanks! I've been supporting SONY Digital Still Cameras and Camcorders over the phone for five months now and I am currently in training for Sony VAIO. Oh, I missed taking calls for Camera Dept... I hope VAIO department would be cool as Digital Imaging. I'm still hopeful I wont get irate customers (from USA) in VAIO. Hehehe.

Basically our callers are from the US. And Sony Tech Support and Customer Service centers are all located in the Philippines (except for Playstation and Home Theater). Customers sometimes are asking for American agents to support them, unfortunately, there's none. 😊
