Personally revan would win judging from what ive seen maul was poor in force powers, not to say he was terrible but he was poor considring what other can do with the force looking into revan on the other hand was like "staring in the heart of the force" and revan was also said to be an amazing at planning and tactics his lightsaber skill beat maul.
And why the hell is yoda the stongest jedi ever what would give you that idea revan wopuld beat yoda hands down on force powers and lightsaber skills. Revan killed though many dark jedi masters on the way to malak and killed many apprentices managed to kill darth bandon with ease and kreia even suggested to exile that he/she should seek revan to help him defeat the sith lords revan held his own against 4 or 3 jedi master and bastile using battle meditations it was the blast from malaks falgship that ultimatly defeated him.
What rank or how many dark jedi Revan fought at the Star Forge is unkown, let's not jump into the conclusion that they were masters.
Revan defeating Bandon with ease is also unknown, does it say in the game that he did it easily? Didn't he do it with companions as well?
Revan never did a shit against the jedi, he stood there and looked at them, then got blasted and he was the only one in the room to faint. If looking at someone is holding his own, then Exar Kun held his own against 10 thousand jedi at once.....
Also, wasn't Revan aided by Bastillas battle meditation when he fought Malak?
There's no reason to believe that she did. She clearly states that she would aid the Republic. She had just turned back from the light and knew how much the Republic needed her help and how important for the galaxy it was for the Republic to destroy the SF, so it's logical to assume that she would have used all of her power to help the Republic.
