I'd take Captain Marvel 10/10.

JSA comics have talked about this fight (albeit very briefly).

Power Girl is actually slightly stronger than CM (which most people don't realize). But Marvel has her in speed and durability (again, only by a bit) as well as overall power (lightning bolts, etc.).

Marvel wins, but it's a decent decent fight.

Any way, yeah, Marvel wins. The fact that PG has no real feats that put her on the level of her cousin leads me to believe Iron Man could take her.

Power Girl is bottom of the barrel as far as Kryptonians go. A better match up would be against Captain Marvel Jr.
