The Brood (marvel) Vs. JLA

My points were very logical and were in response to the scenarios that you presented. The point is of the attack that I posted was an all out attack and one of their tactics is creating nest before the invasion fleet so this is not “pulling it out of my ass”.

You also keep missing my points, I NEVER said that they wouldn’t kill them all, I said that they wouldn’t do it right away even before they attacked. As for the Queen she doesn’t even need to be anywhere near the battle to command the fleet and not even in the same galaxy. As for Flash I didn’t know that.

OK, since you no longer wish to remain civil about this and start to use insults and attacking my character I will end this. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with childish behavior like this, I’m not mad and pissed off at you I just can’t stand this type of behavior.

And the JLA would LET the Brood plant a nest BEFORE the actual invasion and THEN fight the Brood when the invasion begins.

I understand your points. It's just that they don't have an iota of logic nor do they have stress any ways the Brood could possibly win. Your arguement is basically a sum of "What ifs". Unfortunately the happenance of any your illogical scenarios happening is practically non-existant.

There's nothing the Brood could DO to JLA. What are they gonna do? Scratch them to death?

They certainly can't infect any of them.

Superman's aura ain't gonna be pierced with their needles.

Martian Manhunter if even possibly infected would simply adjust his molecules to kill the egg.

Flash CAN'T be captured. He's too damn fast. The Brood wouldn't even know he existed. Even in the quadrillion to one chance they actually manage to infect him, his hyper-metabolism would kill the egg or he can just vibrate the damn thing out or he just go back in time to prevent his infection.

Wonder Woman can't be infected. Too damn fast, too damn strong and too damn skilled. Even in the billions to one chance, she is. She has the Purple Healing Ray to destroy the egg.

For heaven's sake, THINK.

Kitty Pryde and Wolverine managed to take down dozens of these bugs without sustaining casualities.

Can you IMAGINE what the JLA would do to this cockroaches? 🙄

OK, how is the JLA going to stop the scouts from coming in when they don’t know its coming? Last I knew they weren’t all knowing. When someone is implanted most don’t event know they are and at first they don’t physically take over their victim but start to control them mentally and tap into what ever memories or powers that they have so the person infected will not have full control over their powers because they are competition with the embryo, which by genetics has full memories and knowledge of The Brood.

As for not being able to infect someone I can’t see anyone not being able to stop that except for rare occasions, The Brood are masters at bio-engineering and are able to infect any species that they have encountered and have evolved to overcome any genetic or power to prevent it. If they do possess the ability to repel them then they would have to devote themselves to this process to get rid of the embryo and that would take them out of the fight for a bit and if the embryo is in trouble the others would mass upon that person to weaken they resolve. As for infecting Superman, yes they don’t have the physical strength to pierce his skin but shoot one down his throat and there you go. As for Flash they already know he exists and all it takes is one scratch and they he goes or hundreds for that matter, they have infected the likes of Quicksilver and other speedsters of the Shi'ar. They know more about genetics then anything else in all of the galaxies combined and they have destroyed many of them so they can back up they most dangerous race in the galaxy claim. The Shi'ar with all of their advance tech and super powered warriors were barley able to fend them off and I’m taking about an entire planet defenses against them, ships and all.

As for fighters they are good and strong and one on one or five on one the JLA is more then a match for them but you do overlook one very key point is that they think and act as one. I doubt you have been in combat and information and the speed in which it is delivered is vital and a weaker unit can overpower a much stronger force with that knowledge.
