He fought a villain named "Firebrand" in Web of Spider-man issues 77 and 78, although I haven't heard of this villain since then. He also fought a guy named "Scorcher" or something like that when they were introducing the 4th Green Goblin (Urich) in Web of Spider-man (don't know the issue number- 120s I think). Again, I haven't seen him since then.
There was one other villain that was BOTH fire and ice at the same time- Equinox! He was in Marvel Team-up issue 59ish (back in the 80s). He, too, I haven't seen around since then.
