Well for one, In Sorcerers Supreme #49 Cyttorak imprisoned Galactus. Once Eternity tried to kill Cyttorak, and totally wipe him out of existence but he couldn't.

Although Cyttorak is inferior to Presence, Presence doesn't grant WW the protection that Cyttorak grants Cain.

Cain is invulnerable to physical attacks, not magical or telepathic ones. The Medusa Head is magical in nature, as is the God Wave. There's no reason to believe they wouldn't work on Juggernaut.
