Fair enough, I was debating that one myself for a bit. But an xavier level telepath will keep nate busy as well. Plus MM has all the superstrength and density shifting. If he gets a stray punch in, Nate is down. Can he phase thru a TK shield? Nonetheless, Nate is busy. The DC team still has a walking nuclear reactor, magical superman, and HAL JORDAN!!! Those three can dish out far more firepower than the rest of the marvel team can possibly handle.

Can Hal match the power of the Star Brand? He could. How would they hurt or KO Adam Destine? How would a walking nuclear reactor fair against an energy wielder on par with Heralds? A match between Gladiator and Marvel could go either way.
I forgot to mention that Starhawk is merged with Aleta for this match.
