And it's pretty obvious that Carnage is out of Batman's league here. Why do you have to make a thread like this? However, you even said that Batman is allowed to use his any and ALL of his gadgets, so in that situation, Batman would win. Batman with his normal arsenal of gadgets would of course lose to Carnage.
