Well it depends on what you mean by “hurt”, if feel pain then no one that I can think of. Classic Juggernaut has been hurt so many times I can’t count but can’t be killed by physical means nor can Slapstick.

Well Doomsday has the power to have all the powers. Particularly one of his superpowers is that he can find and exploit any opponents weakness- like when he reversed Waveriders energies and screwed him up. He could have done the same with plasticman, especially considering he was possessed by Brainiac at the time.

I would say that the only person that I have seen (other then cosmic) that can’t be “hurt” is little baby Memi from Crossgen. They did every kinda test they could and not even a scratch.

Hah, I remember that, The Negation God was like "Wtf?"
They were hitting it with bombs and everything.
Then there was the other lady who seemed like she just randomly thought up existance who walked through the First like it was Chuck Liddel vs kindergardners.
Even Obregon Kain was like what the hell when he saw the baby survive that one attack.
