No, not to my knowledge. However, Goku can instantly teleport between dimensions.

Not to mention the fact that it was a Kiaha (or something, translates to 'Ki-Shout'😉.

Meaning, it was fairly generic. I think it'd be safe to assume that Goku, in his third Super Saiya-jin form could likely do similarly, even if he is slightly weaker than Gotenks.

I think it'd be more than safe to assume that Chou Gohan could do so, considering that he is MUCH more powerful than Gotenks.

I doubt he could do it to the phantom zone though

y. its a demension. it could punch through. theoretically. plus gokus lungs are bigger than gotenks.

It's a prison dimension designed so that no one could escape regardless of how strong they are, their are people a lot stronger than goku in there

Not to mention that there had already been a dimensional portal from the time chamber directly to Kami's sanctuary in that same place for who knows how long, and it had just been destroyed recently, so the dimensional connection was well established.

Oh and heat vision is far more focused than a kamehameha, it would likely drill right through it.
