Way to make things up. Training in 100 times gravity only means your body is 100 times heavier. So if you weight 80 kilograms, you'll weigh 8000 kilograms in 100 times gravity. The fact that they have trouble with that just proves their physical strength is weak. It doesn't have anything to do with actual destructive potential. No one in DBZ can destroy more than a planet with a single attack.

Also, Superman has been inside gravities of billions of times earth standard, and greater, near neutron stars and black holes

Power levels are meaningless for cross - universe comparisons, as they are not self - consistent. Otherwise the farmer with a power level of 5 would have more power than a nuclear arsenal.
