Deathstrike does not have her claws and healing factor. It is a plain h2h battle. No weapons and gadgets for Batman either. THis is in a dojo. Who takes it?

I say batman. he knows more martial arts than Lady DS since she is a great practioneer of Kenjitsu. She might be more ruthless and dangerous, however Batman knows over 100 martial arts and defeated Ra's al ghul numerous times.
