As the scans I posted the temporal copies were brought to this time for a special reason, plus as shown Alpha Flight left for space to raise a generation of Plodex on their homeworld they won't be back for awhile and vol.3 didn't end to long ago. In the bio of the Temporal Alpha Flight, it states that it’s unknown if the temporal copies are still active, and if they were the Alpha Flight team that battled the Collective or if the present day Alpha Flight is still in space.

I'm the one who wrote the temporal copy bio 😄 , look at the history section.
Just to clear why some members of the tp are not in NA #16 as the end of vol.3 explaided it:
-Nemesis and Cenetinel die from old age
-Yukon Jack and Snowbird quit Alpha Flight and get married
-Only ones not explained are Northstar and Aurora
