OK, Here is my second installment

BEAST, ICEMAN, AND ANGEL ARE GATHERED IN PROFESSOR X’S OFFICE.

Warren
I wasn’t really planning on staying this long Hank.

Hank
I understand that Warren, but we need your help. Its hard to find teachers when your main requirement is teaching young mutants to control their powers. We don’t exactly have people knocking down our door looking for that type of job.

Bobby
So many of the younger students don’t have any place to go back to. As a former student, I can tell you that they all know what you do for them and are grateful.

Warren
I know. I wasn’t saying that I want to leave.
I guess I’m just surprised. I don’t know if I could get used to having to hide who I am again.

Bobby
Not many could.

Hank
Those that come here soon find that this will always be home. No matter how long you have been away, this place will always be here.

Warren
I want to take my students on a field trip. Let them get out and have fun.

Bobby
Go out and spread their wings a little.

Hank
No offense Warren, but I don’t know if that would be such a judicious course of action. Anti-mutant violence is on the rise ever since the incident at your father’s lab. If someone were to find out who you are, the ramifications could be harmful to the students.

Bobby
We can’t keep them locked up like prisoners.

Warren
Even prison with no bars is still a prison. All I want to do is take them out on a hike in the woods. Just four students.

Hank
It isn’t that I want to imprison them, I just have their best interest at heart.
(HAVOK ENTERS THE ROOM)

Ah, Alex welcome.

Bobby
So you must be Cyclops’ little brother.

Alex
Alex Summers. Used to go by Havok, when I was an X-Man. Good to see you Hank.
Who are these guys?

Bobby
Bobby Drake, Iceman. This is Warren Worthington, the Angel.

Alex
Iceman and Angel? Nothing like classic names.
So where is everybody else?

Bobby
Storm went to Muir Island with Dr. Mc Taggert. She said it was very urgent that one of us go there. She didn’t say why, but Storm decided that it would be a welcomed vacation.

Alex
And this other guy I’ve heard so much about, what is it… um, Badger?

Bobby
Wolverine.

Alex
Yeah, him, where is he?

Warren
Don’t know really.

Hank
Logan has a clouded past. I read Charles’ file on him.

Bobby
He must have gone in search of his past, again.

Hank
I’m glad that you could come help us in our hour of need.

Alex
And what about you, that government job you have getting a little stale?

Hank
In a matter of speaking. It was just before the attack on Worthington Industries. I resigned from my position because moves were made without my knowledge or approval. Perhaps the whole thing would have been avoided , had some people just listened to reason.

Bobby
So when he had nowhere else to go and our need was greatest he came back here to help with academics.

Alex
I guess you would make one hell of a gym teacher. So what will my responsibilities include?

Hank
It was my hope that you would take over your brother’s responsibilities.

Alex
As a teacher or X-Man?

Bobby
Whatever the situation calls for I guess.

Warren
What about the trip?

Alex
Trip?

Hank
I guess as your first decision with us , you can decide about warren’s field trip with some students.

Warren
All I want to do is take four students out on a hike in the woods to let them have a little fun exploring their powers. Nobody will be around, I don’t see any danger in it.

Bobby
Yeah, the professor used to take us out on field trips, and we always had a good time.
Alex
Yes, I remember some of those field trips. I do think it would be a nice getaway for the students. I guess as long as you take a couple of staff with you.

Hank
I think Peter and Katherine should go along with you.

Warren
Thanks. This will mean so much to them, and me.

Bobby
Can I go along with them?

Hank
No, I think it would be best if you stayed here and came up with something to do with the rest of the students.

Bobby
Fine, any suggestions?

Alex
We always used to enjoy playing baseball.

Bobby
Right, a bunch of mutants playing baseball.

Hank
Very well, come up with something for them to do then. In the mean time we have duties to attend to. Warren please give me an itinerary of what you will be doing on this trip. Now, if you two will excuse us I need to have a word with Alex.
(BOBBY AND WARREN LEAVE THE ROOM)
It is a difficult time for us all Alex.

Alex
I was going to say those guys look a little young to be teachers.

Hank
They fill the role as best they can. Warren actually has an extensive education. Bobby is one of our own. He has been here for years. He decided that he would stay on to help with the transition. Mostly they are glorified tutors.

Alex
Well, I always thought that the best way to learn was to do.

Hank
I only hope we can do as well as Charles.

Storm: Loss (shot of professor x lowering his head fades into a clip of Cyclops looking out on Alkali Lake as she narrates) is inevitable. whether it be life taken too soon (Cyclops’s scene is in slow jittery motion as it fades into jean at the end of x men 2 as she gets pounded by the lake) or (as that is said jean spins out of alkali lake in her firebird formation) not soon enough (wolverine is seen killing jean crying from x 3). For some of us (magneto getting stabbed with the cure) we lose who we are. However things that are lost (magneto knocking the chess piece over fades into dark) can also be found (Moira’s voice is heard saying Charles?!)

(Titles which finish with the cerebro X sign)

(Camera shot of Strong Guy demolishing street lights and cars in a street. Stood watching and looking as if they are waiting is Havok. Ice-man appears from behind the shot and is producing an ice slide. He throws clumps of ice towards Strong Guy. Angel is flying above and beast is swinging from the street lights. Rogue is in the x-jet which she has landed nearby.)

Strong Guy: (After being hit with ice.) Cut it out twerp (Grabs a clump of ice and throws it towards bobby knocking him off is slide)

Bobby: Argh….

(Beast approaches Havok)

Havok: Stay back fur ball (smirks while he raises his hand to his chest)

Hank Mckoy: And spoil the fun?! (Havok unleashes a blast from both his hands at Beast. Beast is flung backwards and lands on the roof of a car unconscious. Meanwhile ice man continues to throw ice at Strong Guy)

Warren: Beast, hold on.

Strong Guy: (Blocking the ice and proceeding towards Bobby) I said cut it out! (He thumps Bobby to the ground. Bobby ices up and tries to fight back but strong guy is stood on his chest. Rogue sees this from the X-jet and lowers the ramp and heads towards bobby.

Havok: ( Angel is evading Havok's blasts) Keep still bird boy! (He swoops down and grabs Havok lifting him into the air. He swings Havok and then releases him, powering him into a wall of a building rendering him unconscious. Angel grabs him before he falls to the ground.)

Bobby: Argh…get…off

Rogue: (Jumps on Strong Guy’s back) get off him! (She begins to hit him with her bare fists) Leave him alone! (Slight veins begin to appear on Strong Guy’s back and his grip on Ice-man appears to weaken. He grabs Rogue and throws her to the floor. He turns round to face her, removing his foot off Bobby.)

Bobby: Don’t you touch her! (He grabs Strong Guy’s feet and freezes him to the ground. HE appears to be weak and unable to break free. Angel lands with Havok in his arms and Beast is coming to.)

(scene cuts to a shot of the mansion and then to the lower part of the mansion where storm is stood looking at the doors of cerebro with tears rolling down her cheeks. Then she hers a bleep and rushes into the meeting room where on a screen it says receiving call from X-Jet. She wipes the tears from her face)

Storm: (Answering. Beast is on the screen) Hank, is everything ok?

Hank Mckoy: Yes were fine, but we are bringing back two mutants. One is unconscious but keeps referring to Scott?!

Storm: Thank-you Hank.

Hank Mckoy: Still no word from Logan?

Storm: (Shakes her head and holds back her tears) No, but he will be fine.

Hank Mckoy: But will you?....I’m sorry it is not my place

Storm: Its ok and your right. But I need to think of the kids. I just wish that he was here. I miss him so much. If only I…..

Hank Mckoy: You couldn’t have done anything Ororo. She would have killed you to!

Storm: I know bu….. (Notices Magneto and Mystique walking up to the mansion) I have to go Hank. I will see you when you get back. (Turns off the call)

(Scene Cuts to storm running to the entrance doors of the mansion. She opens them to find Magneto and Mystique-In human form and carrying a briefcase-.)

Storm: What are you doing here?! You’re not welcome! Not after what you did to Jean!

Magneto: I promise you I bring no war and I am deeply sorry!

Storm: Save it for someone who cares!

Mystique: Please, listen to us. ( While she speaks she morphs into the blue form of mystique but her orange hair is bobbed.) You need to hear this!

(Storm is shocked at what she sees and magneto grins slightly)

Storm: You had better come in.

(The scene continues in the meeting room. Magneto is seated with mystique stood beside him. Storm is also seated yet at a considerable distance.)

Storm: You’re telling me the cure is temporary!? But that means… Rogue. This will break her heart.

Magneto: Can we spare the dramatics. ( Storm stares at him and her eyes begin to cloud over) Now, now Storm.

Storm: Just say what you’ve got to say!

Magneto: Fine (Concentrates hard to levitate the case up on to the newly developed holographic table)

Storm: Do you want some help there.

(Magneto glares at storm and exhales deeply when the case is on the table. Mystique opens it and passes the sheets that are inside it to Storm)

Storm: Egypt? (A sheet gives details on the archeological dig. There are attached images of a sarcophagus and of the four walls of the tomb.)

Magneto: Charles and I thought we were a few of the first. But we were wrong.

Storm: I don’t understand. Why are you showing me this?

Magneto: This tomb that the archeologists have discovered dates back five thousand years. The sarcophagus holds the body of a man named En Sabah Nur. (While he speaks the scene fades into flashbacks of Egypt. Showing what magneto is talking about.)The hieroglyphs on the walls of the tomb suggest that this man possessed great powers. Claiming he was sent by the Gods he began his own civilization. He gave his four high priests there own powers in exchange for their souls. He named them Famine, Pestilence, War and Death.
Eventually these priests, that had become to be known as The Four Horsemen, broke free from En Sabah Nur and encased him in a sarcophagus and closed him in a tomb. (Scene returns to the mansion) He was never meant to be found. The priests could not kill him they could only put him into deep hibernation. If the sarcophagus is opened he will awaken. We need to stop this before it is too late!

Storm: How can this be? Mutants have only been around about 100 years

Magneto: You X-men are so small minded. Never seeing beyond what you want to believe!

(At that moment Rogue, Bobby, Angel and Hank enter the room. Bobby shocked by the presence of magneto ices up.)

Bobby: You! (He prepares to attack)

Storm: Bobby don’t. He’s harmless.

(Magneto winks at Rogue. In disgust she storms past pushing him as she does, sending him and his chair backwards across the room. A few gasp)

Bobby: Rogue… (She runs out of the room) Wait!
Hank Mckoy: (To Storm) the two mutants are in containment.

Storm: Good

Hank Mckoy: What’s going on here?

(Scene cuts to Bobby chasing after rogue)

Bobby: Rogue please wait up!

Rogue: Please just leave me alone Bobby. Ah wanna be on my own!

(Rogue enters her dorm and slams the door. It flies off its hinges and through the door of the opposite dorm where colossus is talking to Kitty Pride. The door hits him and he metals up thinking that he is under attack.)

Peter: (He turns round and sees rogue in her doorway. As he speaks he returns to normal) Rogue, w…was that you?!

Kitty: What! (Rushes through the wall to see rogue) Rogue what happened?

Rogue: (Through tears.) A…Ah don’t know. (She collapses to the floor and Bobby goes to hug her) D…don’t touch me Bobby. Just don’t

Bobby: We need to get you to Beast

Peter: Yea he knows everything. Whatever it is he’ll be able to sort it.

(Scene cuts back to Magneto Mystique Storm Beast and Angel)

Hank Mckoy: This is fascinating. Absolutely fascinating.

Magneto: It won’t be if he gets out.

Warren: I hate to say it but he’s right. We need to do something.

Storm: And what do you know. You sure as hell didn’t know the cure wasn’t finished, and you were closer to it than any of us!...I…I’m sorry. I didn’t mean it. Its jus….

Warren: It’s fine. But there are more important thins than the cure now.

Storm: I know. As much as I am against it we will have to work together. (To Magneto) By our rules.

Magneto: I wouldn’t have it any other way.

(Mystique Grins. Another call is coming through. Hank Answers)

Hank Mckoy: Hello Moira. Although unexpected this is a pleasant surprise.

Moira: Why Hank, you always know how to make a girl smile. (Hank grins) I hope I can do the same. I have some news. News for all of you.

Storm: (Towards the screen) it better be good news Moira!

Moira: Why hi there Storm. It is. It’s about Charles. (Everyone looks confused Storm and Magneto show the most emotion in their faces)

Storm: What? What is it?

Moira: He’s here, with me.

Storm: How!? The phoenix destroyed him. (She begins to cry)

Moira: Maybe so Storm, but she only destroyed his body. He transferred his psyche into a body of one of my brain dead patients.

Charles: (Speaks but is not visible) Storm.

Storm: Pr…Professor?

Charles: Yes storm it is me. (Storm cries joyfully)

Magneto: Old friend

Charles: Erik! I heard you failed

Magneto: You teach your students well.

Charles: I only guide them. Storm, I am weak I must go but I promise you when the time is right I will come back! (The call ends)

Storm: Bye. (Straightens herself up, wipes her tears. To magneto) We can sort you out with quarters. Warren Do you mind showing them to the guest rooms?

Warren: Not at all Storm. (As he walks past storm he brushes his hand past hers in an intimate way)

(Warren Exits with Magneto and Mystique)

Storm: Oh Hank…I can’t do this.

Hank Mckoy: You can Ororo. We all can.

(Bobby and Rogue enter)

Bobby: Beast we need your help.

Hank Mckoy: As it seems it is a matter of urgency I can presume why you are here. (To rogue) It is about you isn’t it.

(She nods)

Storm: If I may leave you three, I need to check on the kids. (Storm exits.)

Hank Mckoy: Please follow me. (He leads them to his laboratory)
I am aware, Rogue, that the cure is losing its affect. However your power should still be weak. The addition of that mutant’s power should only have lasted a couple of minutes. I will need to analyse a sample of your blood. That is all I can do for now.

(Beast pricks rogues’ finger and obtains a sample of blood. He then smiles reassuringly to her.)

(The screen goes dark; “Scott” can be heard faintly echoing in the voice of Jean Grey. Havok awakes as if from a nightmare)

Havok: Scott!.....I need to see him…where is he, let me out.

Storm: Who are you? How do you know Scott? And what were you doing?

Havok: My name is Alex. Alex Summers. I’m his brother. I needed your attention. I knew he was part of an affiliation called the X-men and knew if could get your attention I would in turn get his.

Storm: I’m so sorry Alex.

Havok. What? Why?

Storm: Scott died…about a month ago.

Havok: But…How?

Storm: A mutant who called herself The Phoenix killed him at Alkali Lake.

Havok: NO...NO...(To Strong Guy) We need to leave..NOW!(Points arms towards cell bars and fires his plasma beams and disintegrating the bars. Strong Guy and Havok fore through)

Storm: Alex st…(She is hit to the floor by Strong Guy)

(Havok and Strong Guy enter the top of the mansion but break through the lift doors triggering the alarm. Ice-man, Colossus Kitty and Rogue run to where speakers can be heard say “Breach at lift 2. Unidentified Mutants.” Havok and Strong Guy are already out side by time the team get there. Rogue runs up to Strong Guy Throwing a punch)

Bobby: Rogue!

(Strong guy is not affected and grabs Rogue by her hair. He then throws her into the high into the air. Bobby Is engaged in battle with Havok So Kitty runs upwards through the air to try and catch her. However due to her powers Rogue falls straight through her. Just before she reaches the ground she stops, appearing to hover. She levels herself out and lands herself on the ground. The same look of fear consumes her face and runs into the mansion. The three X-men stand facing their opponents.)

Bobby: Why don’t you join us? Its pointless fighting!

Havok: What? become an X-man, so you can fail me? Like you did my brother?!

Peter: What?!

Havok: Oh, that’s right you don’t know. Scott, he WAS my brother. (Havok collapses to the ground gripping his head. )Argh… (He can hear Scott’s name echoing again.) What? What do you want?! (Everyone looks at him confused. This time he see’s flashbacks. Its Scott looking out on Lake Alkali, he is then kissing Jean and then there is darkness. The echoes stop and he slowly gets back up) The person who killed him, she was a woman yes? Where is she, it makes it no harder to avenge my brother.

(Scene cuts to a warehouse. A brown folder is handed to the outside of the building has not been seen. A man enters the warehouse and the camera stays on him)

Soldier #1: Dr. Essex Sir!

Dr. Essex: Thank you soldier. (He opens up the folder. Inside is a picture and information of 4 mutants. One name is clearly visible. Logan AkA wolverine) Good. When will we have the last one?

Soldier #1: We have just apprehended the mutant and he is being transported now.

Dr. Essex: Very good

(Scene cuts to the graves of Scott, Jean and Xavier. Havok is knelt at the grave of Scott whilst the others stand behind.)

Bobby: We’re sorry, but we couldn’t do anything

Havok: (Anger in his face) we have nowhere to go. Our people were killed by soldiers, their powers taken then their lives!

Bobby: Then join us.

Strong Guy: Alex, what else do we have? We are no-one on our own!

Havok: Very well.

(Scene cuts to the lower part of the mansion. Storm is lead on the floor)

Hank Mckoy: Ororo! (Hank Jumps over the table to Storm)

Storm: (She stirs and tries to get up).

Hank Mckoy: Here (he helps her up and towards a chair). What happened? Where are they?

Storm: I... (Bleeping sound. Storm presses a button)

Kitty: Storm we’re bringing them back now.

Storm: Thanks Kitty. (Kitty cancels her com)

Hank Mckoy: Bringing them back?

Storm: Yes, I want them to join. He is Alex Summers, Scott’s brother! He calls himself Havok. The other calls himself Strong Guy.

(Camera shot goes through the floors into Rogues dorm. She has a bag on her bed. It is full of clothes. She picks up a picture of her and Bobby and stokes it. As she does the glass begins to break. A tear falls down her face and she leaves her room carrying her bag)

(The X-men –Storm, Bobby and Peter are stood at the danger room door with Havok and Strong Guy. Beast approaches)

Hank Mckoy: The Sentinel program is loaded.

Storm: Whatever you see and fight is a hologram. But what you feel if hurt is real. Are you ready (Havok and Strong Guy nod) ok.

Hank Mckoy: (Beast opens the doors. As the mutants enter he pulls Bobby aside.) I have analysed my samples and they have confirmed my suspicions, as the cure is wearing of rogue the recombinant DNA is…

Bobby: Beast,

Hank Mckoy: when she touched Strong guy his DNA pattern and his mutant power are permanently imprinted on rogues. As for the flying, I have seen her genes mutate randomly so I assume it is a further mutation.

Bobby: Thank-you Beast.

(The holograms take form as the door closes. As the door closes a beep signalling a call begins, the screen says that it is from Muir Island. Meanwhile Kitty is upstairs looking for Rogue. She gets to Rogues room and knocks on the door.)

Kitty: Rogue?…Rogue? (She opens the door, sees the room is empty-wardrobe included- and the picture of Rogue and Bobby on her bed. She begins knock at doors)Siryn have you seen Rogue?

Siryn: Sorry Kitty. Is she not with Bobby?

Kitty: No. (Jubilee Walks Past in gym clothes) Jubilee! Have you seen Rogue I can’t find her and her clothes are gone.

Jubilee: What…No I haven’t

(Scene cuts to Lotham City. Rogue steps down out of a truck)

Rogue: Thanks

(Rogue enters and takes a seat at the bar.)

Rogue: A water please

(A poker game can be heard in the background. Mummers are heard for a while.)

Drunk #1: God Dang I fold

Drunk #2: Hey you got some sorta cheating going on here Cajun?

(Rogue turns round only to see a man’s feet up on the table/ the rest of him is submerged in darkness. His eyes can be seen glowing slightly. All attention is focused on him)

Remy: Who me? (The sound of a card being flipped is heard) Sorry fellers but I’ma feeling I’ve outstayed ma welcome (he takes the money from the table and runs to the door. He notices the tip jar on the bar) To rogue Hey mon cher hows bout a kiss f’Gambit? (As he leans in, he swipes the jar and kisses her on the lips. Slightly fazed he runs out the door. Smirking Rogue follows him)

Rogue: Hey! Hey…erm… Gambit is it?

Remy: Why mon cher you back f’more?

Barmen: There he is (three large men with various weapons progress towards Gambit and Rogue)

Remy: Time we be departing, no? (He produces two playing cards then winks at Rogue. They begin to glow)

Man #1: He’s a mutie!!

Remy: Now, dat not fair! (he throws the cards towards them and they explode on the ground sending the men flying. When all the smoke settles Rogue and gambit are gone. Hid behind a truck sat on the ground is Rogue and Gambit)

Remy: I’m Remy LeBeau, master tieth, but call me Gambit cher.

Rogue: I’m Rogue.

Remy: Such a perty name. You special too?

Rogue: Cursed more like

Remy: Nah, don’t speaking so sad, show us what y’can do.

Rogue: I can kill you by touching you. But recently I’ve been able to do other stuff, I think… I think I can fly…

(The scene changes. The screen is dark)

Dr. Essex: How’s the mutant?

Scientist #2: He is still unconscious…we had to sedate him.(The screen is as if it is looking through someone’s eyes. They repeatedly open and shut and are not in focus) He’s healed remarkably since his capture.

Dr. Essex: So quick?! He would be very valuable. How’s the first subject? How are the implants?

Scientist #2: The coils? Muscle has built up around them and they’re ready for testing.

Scientist #1: Good…Good.

(Back at the mansion the x-men leave the danger room and walk towards the war room. Havok and Strong Guy look bewildered.)

Havok: Those things actually exist?!

Hank Mckoy: No…well we can’t be certain. The professor has seen them in a cognitive way but we cannot be certain if they are real. However we still train against them just in case.

Kitty: (She comes running down the corridor) Storm! Its rogue…She’s gone

(They all stop outside the entrance to the war room)

Bobby: What!...Storm we have to find her

Storm: She’ll come back.

Bobby: But we don’t know that!

Storm: No… we don’t. But there is a greater threat arising and I will need all of you. I’ll explain everything.

(Back to the location of the scientists. Again the screen is as if it is through the perspective of someone)

Scientist #1: He’s waking up…should I sedate him.

Dr. Essex: No…He can’t hurt us. (Whispers) Me.

(A scientist comes into focus and has three cuts across his face. The subject grunts)

Logan: (lethargically) W...Where am I?

Dr. Essex: Prep him for his transformation.

Logan: huh? What? (He begins to pull at the chains)

Dr. Essex: Don’t worry. He can’t break free.

Logan: (As he is struggling) I know that smell!

Scientist 2#: What!

Logan: Arkady! I know you’re here!

Omega Red: Wolverine. It is me. I have had to stand your presence for too long!

Logan: NO!!! You idiots! You should have left him where he was! He’ll kill you all!!(He begins to pull at his chain more vigorously One of the chains snaps and he extends his claws and frees his other arm)

Dr. Essex: Fool!

Logan: (Still weak He stumble as he walks away from his chains. The screen is out of focus again as if through Logans eyes. As it focus’ the barrel of a gun can be seen in the centre of the screen. Logan cries out in anger as he thrusts his claws in to Dr. Essex’s arm.)

Dr. Essex: ARGH!! (Logan thrusts his other claws into Dr. Essex’s chest as he removes the claws from Dr. Essex’s arm. Dr. Essex falls to the ground spluttering.)

(Logan runs for the door. As he does the scientist shoot him in the back with tranquilizers.

(Back to the mansion in the games room, the children are sat around playing. Jones is being annoying by changing the channels when Jubilee is trying to watch)

Jubilee: Cut it out Jones. (He continues) Jubilee creates a small sphere of energy and throws it at Jones. The impact is similar to that of a book.)

Jones: Ow!

(The children laugh. Jimmy-leech- is sat on his own in the corner reading)

Artie: Hey…you guys I can hear what they’re saying down there!

Jubilee: You shouldn’t be listening!

Artie: It Something about some mutant dude who’s been found in Egypt.

Jubilee: Artie!

Artie: Wanna see? (His eyes begin to glow and an image of the x men in the war room appears in the air. Artie narrates what they are saying) (Narrating Bobby) so…if he is awakened he could destroy everything?
(Narrating Kitty) But how do we get to Egypt?

Jimmy: Stop it Artie! (He raises his arm to Artie and Artie is thrown back slightly as his powers disappear)

Artie: What you go and do that for?!

Jubilee: (To Artie and under her breath) jerk!

Jones: (He looks like he can here something. He is concentrating) H…hey you guys quick…You said this mutant was from Egypt Artie?

Artie: Yeah…Why?

(Jones Changes the channel. There is a News Report on)

Reporter: As you can see the sarcophagus which holds the body of the oldest mutant on record is being loaded on to a cargo liner and will unloaded and transported to the museum of Natural History in New York.

(Jones switches the television off)

Jubilee: We need to tell Storm!

Siryn: But…We’re not allowed down there!

Artie: I can do it

Jubilee: (Reluctantly Ok.) Jimmy, has he got his powers back.

Storm: They’re bringing the mutant to New York!

(Angel enters.)

Warren: I just heard on the news.

(Magneto and Mystique enter behind him)

Storm: I Know…

(At Muir island professor x is restrained to his bed and he seem to be in a violent nightmare)

Moira: Sean! How long has he been like this?

Sean: A couple of minutes.

(Xavier wakes up but can not move because of the restraints)

Sean: We needed to restrain you!

Charles: Let me up!

Moira: Charles you need to relax

Charles: Let me up Moira! The x men are in trouble!

Moira: We’ll call them Charles, but you need to calm down!

Charles: Okay. Could I be left alone for a minute?

Moira: Sure Charles. Come-on Sean.

(Charles waits for Moira and Sean to leave before he gets up and sits at a chair in the window. He looks out. The scene returns to the x-mansion.)

Magneto: This could be the chance we need!

Hank: I agree.

Storm: Ok. Warren, Hank, Bobby, Kitty, Peter and I will go.

Magneto: Wait… You’ll need us!

Storm: (She looks at Hank. He nods slightly.) Fine

Charles: My friends, (Xavier appears as a ghost like image) I appear to you as you remember me. I know what is afoot and I fear that we are too late to stop it. A war is inevitable, yet victory is not impossible. It will not be a war that will ensure the survival of the x-men, as we will return few, but it is a war to save the lives of every being on this earth. It will force us to make allies with our worst enemies (the shot focuses on magneto.)And reunite with old friends (To night crawler who is hanging upside down in a church) The Scene cuts to rogue) Rogue, your new found powers and friend will be invaluable. (Scene cuts to Pyro) John, although rebellious you have mastered your powers well. (The scene cuts to Juggernaut) And Cain, even though we are brothers we do not see eye to eye. (Cain grunts) But if ever I needed you it is now. I wish you all luck!

Right after the X-Jet lands on an upper building they see the Sentinel. She tells Logan no powers unless necessary just find Rogue and Leech. The Sentinel turns to the remainder of the kids who are in shock. It turns and one of them screams and a force exerts from his body. The Sentinel is knocked back and before falling rockets back up sending some cars hurling. One of the cars heads straight for them Storm uses a gust to hurl it out of their way. Piotr and Logan looks at her, “Well…” she replies. “Yeah” Logan replies sarcastically. The Sentinel shoots a net on the boy and turns to them shing, Storm flies up to call down lightning, but the sentinel shoots at her and she flies away. Logan and Colossus try the fastball special but is countered easily; emerging from the rubble Logan cracks his neck and looks at his shredded coat, flakes out the class heals and says “those were my favorite” he charges and seconds later hits the car Storm flies down by and Colossus is waiting by. Storm asks if he’s had enough and he says not yet charging the sentinel. The screen swaps to Ned Buckman who is seen coming off a train and as it takes off he jumps onto the tracks. Logan smashes into the car again. “Had enough yet?” she yells from the other side. He crawls around “yeah.” Ned Buckman is still walking but a train approaches and he ducks into a groove. He comes out and goes about a couple feet down. He comes to a wall where he knocks a pattern and holds out his arms in front of the door while shape shifting into a thin dangly man. On the other side an old deformed man and boy sit. Upon hearing the knock the boy looks up at the old man, who pauses closes his eyes and says okay. The boy places his hands through the wall grabbing Neds’ arms and pulling him through the wall. Up above Logan dashes from behind the car, the Sentinel targets him, but Colossus hurls the car at its’ head and Storm pulls a wave of wind from below it’s feet to her; it crashes. Ned Buckman makes his way into a room where Masque is waiting. “Have you found what you were looking for Morph?” “Yes” he answers “Y-You were r-right the uh, s-senator’s cut a deal w-with the Hellfire Club sir.” Up above there’s a crash and news helicopters are everywhere. Wolverine tries to sniff out where Rogue is, but it’s no use there’s too much smoke. Colossus and Wolverine distract the sentinel long enough for Storm to cause a storm knocking out the camera crew equipment and jams the sentinel’s signal. They escape and return to the mansion.

“What!” Warbird says to Rogue as they sit in a crowded area. Rogue grabs Leech’s hand and walks off and bumps into some other guy who is terribly disfigured. She shudders and he’s offended but before he can start Gambit grabs her away “hey you think you can just treat people like that!” he yells. “I didn’t he…” she tries to explain, “relax, I was kidding” he laughs "joking, what is your problem relax" he says. "what is my problem, what is his, hers, what's everyone’s problem with me?” she unloads. Gambit laughs and Rogue sighs frustrated “I hate this, how do I get…” “Wait, come with me” he smiles “We have to... wait where’s he” she looks around frantically, and then Leech pushes through some people. She runs to him relieved and grabs his hand “we have to go” she persists. “You let me show you something and then you can go.” She declines, but he grabs Leech and he brings him to a lady with one eye. He comes back and tells her to relax he’s fine and not to worry. Rogue reluctanly agress after thinking aboot it. The two come to a dark and deserted area after climbing a lot. Then they come to a place where the sewage runs from above like a water fall. He looks at Rogue and she looks puzzled, “sewage?” He jumps onto a lower level and around and across into a hole. She stares around curiously and then a light opens from above and the stone behind the sewage fall begins to glisten. Rogue is awed, and Gambit returns. “It’s beautiful” she whispers “when did you find it?” “I made it” he answers. “You’d be amazed at the amount of things that flow down here” he chuckles, “kinda what’s the word gross, but you get used to it.” “You made this, how long have you been down here, it must‘ve taken years” she asks. “Not long actually” he says casually flinging rocks into the water “about five years ago I met Caliban, and we used to come down here all the time, it was our hideout we even threw parties down here, then one night we got into some trouble and somehow met Masque who took us in… and now we’re here permanently.” She asks what he means by permanently and he tells her that this is where he lives. “You must have like somewhere or even your’ parent’s place” she asks “I’m not from America” “oh, I should’ve guessed, the accent” she laughs embarrassed. “What’s wrong with my accent?” he asks, “nothing” she exclaims “I actually kinda like it” she smiles and looks down. “Well I like yours’ too.” He leans in to kiss her, but she sees Bobby in a flash and moves away. “I don’t wanna hurt you” she says and takes off.

Synopsis
A new threat has dawned upon mutant kind. Due to Magneto's war, and the failure of the cure security is now the highest priority. Senator Kelly (don't worry part of the plot) has mysteriously returned along with a deadly new proposal; the sentinels. These mutant huntig robots are being proposed as humaities last resort and will become the main source of human protection fearing that Magneto or some new mutant threat could be plotting. Mutants everywhere flood the sewers as a haven under the lead of Masque. Amongst his most trusted are Caliban, Gambit and a few others, who he sends out to track and recruit mutants into the Morlocks; but something has changed. The sentinels are now uncontrollable and mysteriously armed with the knowledge of every mutants weakness. With their creator Dr. Bolivar Trask dead the X-Men lead by Storm must battle these mutant hunting robots to save their lives.

X-Men: Legacy/X5
Narration by Professor X.- Evolution: a change or as scientists have theorized, a shift living organisms undergo over many generations to suite their environment. One might ask why mutants have evolved above their counter parts man; or even contemplate what we are evolving to? Either way the true answer only lies within our Legacy; our as we have come to know it, our evolution.
Synopsis
All over the news controversy raises as the emergence of a mutant epidemic spreads. A leading geneticist Dr. Nathaniel Essex has deemed the outbreak “The Legacy virus” one in which only mutants can inherit; but when it is revealed that this isn’t a new mutant epidemic, but “the cure” itself progressing to a deadlier state. The X-Men must make their move; to protect their Legacy; which will only end in losses.

X-Men: Dawn of Apocalypse/X6
Narration by Professor X.- As old as time itself, those who are different have always been met fear, resentment and often hate. Humanity has never embraced what they yet to understand, more than often resulting in conflict. If you look at history itself you’d find that for as long as there are those who fear there has, and always will be, war.
Synopsis
Over 1,000 years ago a mutant En Sabah Nur or as they called him Apocalypse reigned all of Egypt with an iron fist. His tyranny would only expand casting the world into eternal war. But somehow he had been stopped. Evidence as to how or who sealed Apocalypse away has never been found, just that he was. But such a time is upon humanity now as history begins to repeat itself. The final battle dawns upon the X-Men as they face of against the ultimate mutant, in the ultimate battle to ensure a world that hates and fears them.

STORM: You said it was a key?

JEAN: He’s right. It is a key.

JEAN takes the pendant and carries it over to the control screen. JEAN brings up a 3D portrayal of the tomb that Apocalypse has been buried in.

JEAN: The pendant is the only way to open up the tomb.

SCOTT: What if we destroyed the tomb?

XAVIER: It’s indestructible as well as the pendant itself.

SCOTT: What about Beast? And Emma and Warren?

XAVIER: I haven’t been able to contact them. But, it appears as though they are caught up in some strange illusion.

SCOTT: Caused by Apocalypse?

XAVIER: No, by someone else. Someone who also wanted to free Apocalypse.

STORM: Wait a second? How did Allison even find the pendant? You never explained that.

XAVIER: The pendant was buried inside a volcano. Naturally, Allison was the ideal choice for the job. Whoever has our friends, has also been in contact with Allison. Her mind is too fragile for her to remember.

STORM: But the pendant is safe with us.

XAVIER: For now.

STORM: Then we keep it hidden.

SCOTT: What about Logan and Jubilee?

XAVIER: I’ll have you leave immediately. Rescue Logan and Jubilee, and return at once. You’ll have to be very careful. Don’t believe anything you see, no matter how terrifying it may be.

SCOTT: Right. We’ll get the team ready at once.

JEAN: What about Allison?

XAVIER: Bobby and Kitty will stay here and watch over her. She’ll be fine.

Back in the desert. JUBILEE is still staggering behind. She is fatigued and getting beat by the sun. She looks over to her right and “sees” a soda machine. She turns in that direction and begins to walk. In a few seconds LOGAN loses scent of JUBILEE and turns around. He sees JUBILEE wondering with her arms open.

LOGAN: Jubilee!

JUBILEE goes to get a soda from the machine. She doesn’t have any money, so she blasts it open and takes a can of soda out. LOGAN is beginning to get trapped inside the illusion. Instead of a soda, LOGAN sees a cup full of scorpions.

LOGAN: No! Jubilee!

Just before JUBILEE takes a sip of the can LOGAN smacks the cup out of her hands. The scorpions scatter on the ground. LOGAN tries to kill them with his claws.

JUBILEE: What are you doing? You just destroyed my Pepsi!

LOGAN: You stupid kid! Don’t you know what scorpions are?

JUBILEE: Scorpions? Where?

LOGAN: Don’t worry. They’re dead.

JUBILEE turns around and “sees” a large rattlesnake. LOGAN “sees” it too.

JUBILEE: Lo—logan?

LOGAN: Stand back, kid. It can’t hurt me.

JUBILEE steps back, but there’s another snake behind her. She screams and clings to LOGAN’S arm. Suddenly, LOGAN is becoming suspicious of what’s going on. More and more snakes appear.

LOGAN: None of this is real.

JUBILEE: What? Are you crazy?

LOGAN: These things don’t have any smell. The scorpions…the soda…none of it’s real.

JUBILEE: It looks pretty real to me.

LOGAN: I’ve seen this trick before. You just got to fight it. The more you believe the stronger the illusion gets.

JUBILEE: You want me to fight the snake?

LOGAN: No, just pretend it’s not there.

JUBILEE: I hate snakes.

LOGAN: Just stay close to me. We’re just going to walk right out of this.

JUBILEE stays close to LOGAN as they start to walk away. JUBILEE is scared to death. A snake comes at her. She almost screams, but LOGAN covers her mouth. They eventually make their way out of the illusion. Now they are facing the pyramid.

JUBILEE: Is this real?

A VOICE: Yes, it’s real.

They turned around to face a cloaked figure. It’s MASTERMIND.

LOGAN: Who are you?

MASTERMIND: You may call me Mastermind.

MASTERMIND lifts his veil to reveal himself.

LOGAN: We’re looking for some friends.

MASTERMIND: Yes, they told me all about you.

LOGAN: Where are they?

MASTERMIND: Right behind you.

LOGAN and JUBILEE turn around. EMMA, WARREN, and BEAST step outside the pyramid. EMMA is dressed in another white, seductive outfit. BEAST looks more vicious. WARREN is his archangel self.

LOGAN: What the hell have you done to them?

MASTERMIND: Just a little re-educating.

JUBILEE: Logan, I don’t like this.

MASTERMIND: Let’s see how well you two can do against your old friends.

LOGAN: Not her. (Points to JUBILEE)

JUBILEE: Logan, I can fight.

LOGAN: They’ll tear you apart.

MASTERMIND: The little one can watch.

LOGAN: (to JUBILEE) If anything happens to me, get the hell out of here.

JUBILEE: I won’t leave you.

LOGAN: You will.

LOGAN prepares to fight. BEAST, EMMA, and WARREN surround LOGAN. LOGAN uses the reflection off his claws to see the person who’s always behind him. EMMA attacks first. She turns into her diamond form and makes her diamond spear.

LOGAN: What happened to Barbie?

EMMA: She got a make over.

JUBILEE watches fearing for LOGAN’S safety. EMMA twirls her spear around and then hurls it at LOGAN. He ducks, but BEAST comes up from behind and pushes him forward. The battle is just getting started.

I love both your stories the first was a bit short, but I love them, they have a lighter more fun tone to the series and the scenes are executed rather well. I love the Emma + Storm rivalry and Logan "who's the barbie doll" + "she got a makeover" those were simple yet brilliant. I love the flow and feel of the story. I'm hooked and expect to hear more after you continue...
I am such a fiending fan, can't wait for the rest of X5.

I have most my script done for X4 and already posted synopsis for 5 and 6, hope you can give me your honest opinion.

I like it , I wonder are you going to go more into Havoc, I mean is he part of some force fighting the good fight, and who was with him that he lost, will it plague him, was he the leader and was somewhat responsible-whoah I have a lot of questions, but I'll stop here-sorry.
I don't have any real criticism, just sometimes the dialogue can be different from the 1st X-trilogy, but that's okay it's a different take and it's very popular with youreaders, also Artie's supposed to be mute.

The screen takes us in the system of a computer going in and out of files as the theme song played entering files containing those needed to be credited.

X4-X-Men: Zero Tolerance
The professor is watching Senator Kelly; who has mysteriously returned give a speech to a large crowd of advocators on the failed cure and what needs to be done “… the cure doesn’t work, so what are we gonna do? I’ll tell you what. They’re called Sentinels…”; the TV can be heard in the background as Moira is now seen scanning the Professor’s body with some type of machine. She starts “try to move your’ arms” he attempts but fails. She sighs, fed up “why’ is it not working?” she asks herself and rescans his arm. “Professor, try it again” he looks down and after a while his fingers begin to move Moira sighs in relief. Then on the TV the side of Senator Kelly’s stage explodes and causes pandemonium. “Moira,” he starts as she’s fixed on the screen “I think it is time I return home, but first I must ask you of another favor.”

At the mansion Logan and Leech are walking through the halls. He walks down a corridor explaining his schedule to him. “You have art first, with Mr. Nick-lo-… Mr. N” Leech laughs. “What’re you laughin at?”. They come up to his class room and Leech asks if he can sit the first day out. Logan replies that that’s not an option. Logan begins to grunt as if something is wrong inside Leech closes his eyes and focuses and then Logan stops. “Sorry” Leech says. “It’s okay kid” Logan says and brings him in and nods at Colossus; who’s painting on a canvas. The class stops and Logan gives Colossus some papers; “there you go kid” as he exits he pats him on the shoulder. He closes the door turns around and Ororo is coming from her classroom with a box of stuff. “You all right?” “Dandy” he replies. “Just concerned Logan” “look, thanks, never been in one place like this for this long” Ororo smiles and stares. “What?” he asks “nothing” still smiling. They start down the hall. “I didn’t know you were so good with kids” she starts again “It’s a gift” Logan says and she laughs; the screen cuts and she starts up the stairs, and she asks Logan if he got the notice n his office. He looks confused “Logan, the interview with Ms. Frost” she exclaims. “What do we need new teachers for half the students are leaving,” he lights his cigar and walks away, “I’m not doing that interview” he says as he walks away. “Logan!” She calls, but he keeps walking.

Elsewhere Moira pulls up to a building, and asks the Professor if it’s here. Inside they knock on the basement door. “What!” a blonde answers half opening the door. “Who is it?” a man yells from inside. “Hold on!” she yells back annoyed “What’s yo-uh names?” she asks. “Tell him Charles Xavier and Moira Mactaggert…” he says. “The guy on wheels says it’s Charlie Xabier and Moiwa McBagger” she yells back and sneezes. There’s stumbling and she yells “what’re you getting ub for, si-down!” The door closes and opens seconds later and a large bald and heavily scarred faced man appears from behind the door, confused, but Charles telepathically tells him it’s him. He stares then greets Charles formally. The apartment is not the largest or the most clean. Inside are others all sniffling and staring as they enter. As Charles and Masque talk Moira looks around every other second dusting off her coat. In mid-conversation the blonde walks in and clears her throat wipes her nose and glares at Moira, then Masque. “Oh yes this is my uh, room-mate slash helper if I may, Sally Blevins these are old friends of mine Charles Xavier and Moira Mactaggert.” “Nice to meet you” Moira chuckles nervously. The Professor greets her and she smiles. “Well Sally’s come down with a cold, oh but don’t worry it’s not terrible or anything.” Masque says. The Professor resumes conversation telling Masque he can help him, he has a school with, but Masque cuts him off angrily saying that he doesn’t need help. He changes subjects and asks the Professor if he wasn’t here for something; “your face?” he asks reaching into an old chester drawer.

An aerial shot is shown of Alkalai Lake-then it switches to inside--“Is it ready Trask!” Kelly says walking down a hall with Dr. Bolivar Trask who says “Yes, I’ve upgraded them to work better than the last” “uh sir I-uh…” a small Asian man cuts in, but is immediately cut off. Kelly tells him “save it for the presentation, uh…” “I’m Steven Lang, Mr. uh or Dr. Trasks’, assistant, I’m uh not pre-uh-senting” He chuckles and Kelly stares at him “Nice to meet you” and walks away. Trask glares at Lang and goes to the podium. In the audience are many important people; including many leaders from all parts of the world. “Ladies and gentle man” Trask begins. “The sentinel 2.0 is an updated and highly advanced robot that, with your approval of course someday will become the main source of human protection. The sentinel 2.0 is like no other creation man has conceived of. Its’ purpose, to eradicate our fear of mutants out there plotting against man-kind; 2.0 unlike its’ ancestor will be a success. Why you ask?” (The first Sentinels were in X-Men: The Official Movie Game, which is a bridge between X2 and X3: just in case you hadn’t played the game) He turns and exits off stage. The curtain pulls back to reveal a large screen. Inside the lights turn on and Trask enters to a control room. A TV screen above them turns on and Trask is shown in the booth. “This is Bastion, and no its’ initial don’t stand for anything, just nices letter” the crowd laughs and Lang rolls his eyes backstage. “No Bastion is a synonym for defender, which I hope it will become, like Master Mold, Bastion is my very own creation, although I worked with the late William Stryker on the first, the designs were initially my idea” Trask continues and Steven Lang snaps his pencil upon hearing this, “but it’s complexity is far superior and would literally take days to explain. So in summary it is a new breed of technology able to think and learn for itself, very unique, expensive!, that’s why each Sentinel won’t have it’s own, and they won’t need to.” The center of the large room opens to reveal a circle, and a Sentinel slowly rises from inside. This version is more streamlined and stands only about 10-11 ft apposed to its’ 22 ft predecessor, it’s as if it was human yet robotic. The crowd is fixated, entranced even. Trask stares basking in the awed emotions and can’t help but smile in self confidence. “Bastion is capable of controlling over mass amounts of Sentinels linked to him at any given time and place via satellite. It is so complex that he could give more than 100 different commands to 100 different sentinels spread across the U.S. coast to coast at once; unfortunately there aren’t nearly that many.” Lang drives out in a freight cart with a steel box. “Luckily a few volunteers have decided to help us with our little demonstration.” The crate is set down and the cart disappears. It opens and six people emerge. “Note that three of the six are mutants.” Traks adds. The smoke from in it clears and they begin to stir. First a man and a woman both casually dressed exit the crate. An asian teary-eyed girl with a yellow trench coat emerges slowly, followed by a blonde haired teen and a muscular man with jet black, sleek hair and a tall blonde woman. “Don’t worry it won’t kill them. It is only designed to detain mutants. Now don’t let me bore you any further ladies and gentlemen” Trask closes. The Sentinels eyes glow and move rather abruptly in the direction of the group. Two back up slowly. It strikes, the blonde teen rockets into the air and Jubilee screams. The Sentinel finds a force-field is around both her and the sleek haired guy. He forces the field up and it knocks the Sentinel back a little. Trask smiles and the Sentinel reveals a barrage of guns. The camera is in the eyes of the Sentinel which focuses on the 5 remaining people. <non-threat—non-threat—detain> it says after scanning three of them. <file-Jubilation Lee-16-able to….> in seconds her name age and abilities are downloaded.

Downtown New York we come to a large scale building where a blonde woman is staring out of the window. “Aren’t you supposed to be getting ready” a man says walking behind and hugging her. She tries to get away, but he holds her firmly and turns her around. “Let me go Ned” she growls quietly. “Relax Emma, what you don’t like me anymore” he whispers tauntingly and she stares at him in disgust. He tries to kiss her and she turns her face. “So don’t you have that thing at the sch…” “…yeah!” she snaps back. Ned chuckles “don’t be like that Emma” his tone switching drastically becoming very dark. “Not many people get away with what you do” he says exiting.

Meanwhile in the mansion the students are having dinner. Rogue and Bobby’s end of the table is filled with chuckling and giggles “get up, we’ve got time” Bobby whispers. Kitty stares in disgust as the two exit. Piotr looks at her and goes to say something to her, but she just gets up. Up in Bobby’s room Bobby and Rogue go to kiss and she says “Bobby, you know the cure’s not perma…” he shushes her “don’t worry about that now” and they make out. The skies are uneasy and Ororo is outside placing flowers on the Professor, Jean and Scott’s memorials. “Ororo”-in a whisper of the Professors voice she hears, she turns around, but noone is there. “Ms. Munroe, the, uh Mr. Logan wanted to know if you were coming to the session” a student asks. “Yeah” she says trying to wipe a tear from her eye before he could see.

We cut to the mansion and rouge is looking for bobby he has been seen and neither has kitty and she is nervous as to why. Rouge walks up the stairs and as she dose she bumps into Pete and he sort of shrinks back unsure as to why.

Rouge: Sorry i diddn't mean to

Pete: Its okay iam just acting from old habbit...( sees that she is ditressed) are you okay?

Rouge i just Need to talk to bobby. something terrible has hppened and i ...... just need him.

She continues up the stairs and pete sees her crying. and he trys to tell her something but cant seem to talk, and knows what she has to say. Rouge finishes the stairs and heads to Bobby's room but she is stopped when she passes kittys room and hears her and booby. she opens the door ( which was cracked) and sees bobby and kitty on her bed doging what looks like is kissing.

Rouge: Gasps: bobby

Both bobby and kitty look up. Bobby jumps/falls off the bed

Bobby: Rouge wait it isn't what it looks like.

But rouge doesn't wiat for an explaination, she just runs and crys even harder. both bobby and kitty chase after her shouting her name. logan over hears and trys to stop ,he unsure of what exactly has happened only aware that rouge is hurt. so does storm and pete who has been informing her of what he thinks rouge is going through. while rouge is still runing but is half way down the steps, bobby trying to stop her makes an ice slide and cuts infront of her. and bobby holds her by the arms.

Bobby: rouge nothing happened i swear it--

Rouge: don't .. don't TOUCH ME!!!

Bobby: no listen

Rouge: NO!!
She sends bobby flying because she trys to push him away he flys ino the wall, but their is no damage, and they all gasp and she runs to the door.

LOgan: rouge wait what happened? rouge?

Rouge: i can't don't, just let me think
she runs out and into the forest area, she and everybody knows that her powers are back and shw seems to have more power then before.

cut to rouge in the woods behind the mansion and she remebers that bobby was rying to stop her and as she starts to go to the mansion she sees bobby and he is only ten feet away.

Bobby: rouge we were just looking talking about you and what could be a matter we----

Rouge hunches over and whispers his name. some figure appears and has stabed her in the stomach as she was walking to him. logan appears.
Both Logan and Bobby yell her name, and rush to her. but the figure and rouge disappear. and logan and bobby are alone trying to figure out what has happened.

rush/blurred vision of Logan, Booby, Storm, Kitty, and Peter in a room try to figure out what has happened and hank comes running in with some ideas.

Hank: well , it appears that one threat was that whom ever took the cure was threatened to go and be the rats for them. they promised that who ever took the cure would meet their...... end by one of two things eigther tortured so they could find the cure for the cure,or they would die for thire cause. and now i think that its ture. it seems that 39 of the mutants who took the cure are dead and another 21 are missing........well 22 including rouge.

Logan: and you knew this for how long and you NEVER WARNED HER!!!! you didn't even give her a CHANCE.

Hank: we didn't seem to think about as real.

Bobby: what about when you found out about the others huh why not then! 60 seems like a big number to me.

Hank: some people heard that some mutants who took the cure died while or after the fact. and we didn't consider it.

KItty: and now

hank: and now we wait to see if we can get anything from her. if only ... we could use cerebro.

AT some hospital mairao and charles are in a bed . charles has been dreaming about all of this and he wakes up.

Mairao: what is it.. whats wrong?

Charles: i need to get home right now or she'll die or worse.

rouge wakes up in a nightmare like prision and is strapped down on a bed she shakes to get free and hears someone laughing.

Pyro: so nice to bump into you rouge.

Rouge: you ? what is going on here?

Pyro: just a simple expariment thats all

Rouge: let me go ?

Pyro: umm no

Rouge: but why me why this?

Pyro: well when we frist strated all of this we tried to find a way to gain back powers, now we just want to see how much stronger one can get from this. and i just thought of you.

Roughe: thats so nice ,NOW LET ME GO.

Pyro zaps her with a fire ball and it causes her to black out and pyro orders some gruads to take her away " because she is useless now.

back to the mansion storm receives a call from Miarao. all the other x men are also in the room

Strom: how are you doing

Miarao: well i was fine up until i had to make this call

Miarao: i can't go into explianing things right now but you are have to turst me okay just trust me.

Storm: okay i .. i mean we will all trust you

Miarao: hes alive charles is alive i can't go into the whole story but right before the phenox destored him, he ducked into the body of a brain dead paient of mine and has been here since.. look i am sorry for not telling you sooner but he needed time to think and heal his wounds. and now he wants to come back he wnats to come home to all of you.

Storm: But why why now

Charles: strom you know why its rouge shes in danger she is eighter going to .... look i just need to get home.

Logan: what do you need Professor.

Charles: i need the jet and my chair.

everybody was still and shocked including storm

Logan: okay storm get it, bobby , pete get the chair, kitty tell the kids that we have a visitor, and mariao help the professor get ready to leave, well find away to get by security okay?

they hang up and logan walks toward storm and holds her as she breaks down in his arms crying and he strokes her hair while kitty crys in petes arms and and bobby sitts down with hanks and both clasp their hands over their eyes.

in mine for the speech by prof x i changing it so that everyone is in the astro plain or somewhere where they are projections of their minds. i'm also bringing back the phoenix for the FIRST battle against apocalypse. When i say first battle it will be mainly against the horsemen. Some x-men are going to die. and some close to death. Lets just say that our friendly metal man, our blue religious transporter and our favourite weather goddess's fate are in debate and i'm killing at least one of them

Charles: My friends, (The x-mansion disappears and the x-men are gathered at the memorial of Xavier. They are accompanied by rouge and gambit- who are knelt cowering- nightcrawler, Pyro ad juggernaut.) I appear to you as you remember me. I know what is afoot and I fear that we are too late to stop it. A war is inevitable, yet victory is not impossible. It will not be a war that will ensure the survival of the x-men, as we will return few, but it is a war to save the lives of every being on this earth. It will force us to make allies with our worst enemies (the shot focuses on magneto.)And reunite with old friends (The shot focuses on nightcrawler then to rogue) Rogue, your new found powers and friend will be invaluable. (to Pyro) John, although rebellious you have mastered your powers well. (to Juggernaut) And Cain, even though we are brothers we do not see eye to eye. (Cain grunts) But if ever I needed you it is now. I wish you all luck!(one by one the mutants fade away until only storm and Xavier are left.) Storm, you have lead the x-men better than I could have ever thought and now this will become evident. Some will die, but you’ll do all you can.

Storm: I will, I promise you professor…. I’ve missed you so much… (she speaks through tears)

Charles: And I you. But the time has come. I have faith in you. (Storm fades away.) Goodbye my friend (Charles fades away and the scene changes back to the war room.)

Logan: look she’s tough and she’ll get through it…but if you feel helpless imagine how she feels…if only we had stopped her in the mansion.

Bobby: if only she hadn’t seen what she thought she did.

Logan: yeah what was that bobby; huh I thought that you loved her?

Kitty: look nothing happened, between us we were just talking and I was telling him something …well private, and that was when rouge walked in nothing happened.

Bobby: if only rouge had stayed around long enough to hear this and hadn’t run out.

Logan: bobby that is how she’s had to survive I mean her life hasn’t been perfect you know.

Bobby: I understand Logan.

Logan: no bobby you don’t understand, look when we first met, me and rouge, we talked a lot and still do its just part of our relationship, well when she was younger she had a troubling childhood her mother tried to make her someone she wasn’t and when she got her powers it was like she…you know disappointed her mother and her mother turned on her along with her father and just about the whole neighbor hood where she and Cody lived and well ….lets just say that …. If she hadn’t ran she would be …well a goner.

Bobby: looked my family turned on me to.

Logan: your brother did not you family you didn’t have people try to kill you, hell you didn’t have your parents declare you dead when you were in the next room.

Bobby: look I love her Logan

Kitty looks like she was slapped but no one really notices. But Pete who is watching looks a little hurt but not too much.

Logan: I know kid its just hen she ran the first time I met her when we all met we could find her. What if the professor can’t find her... and can’t use cerebro?

Storm goes to Logan and puts her arm around him

Storm: we won’t know anything until we get the professor home so let’s think about that now and worry about rouge when we get to her, but first let’s be concerned about the professor, at least we’ll know something then.

Logan: you’re right let’s go…Storm can you get the jet ready in 5 minutes,

Storm: yes I can, and bobby and Pete get his chair ready, and kitty only inform the student that we have a visitor and only a visitor, we can’t have chaos in the mansion. Okay. And Logan helps me get the jet ready.

All agree and leave the room.
