Assuming that he fights to the best of his ability (which he may not do frequently in comics,) Surfer shouldn't have that much of a problem.

The only threat is Raven's magic.

Disregarding his massive speed advantage Starfire, Power Girl and Donna Troy are the only ones who could do no damage at all. Circe, Maxima and Barda's Mega Rod can bring the pain.
